I spent all day shopping online for a lapel pin and stumbled onto OTAA. I thought I'd just get a pin in some plastic wrapping, but these guys went all out. I don't even need to wrap it before giving it to my partner. Above and beyond presentation and wonderful quality.

Just made my first order (online) with international shipping to Indonesia. Summary: awesome product and experience! I ordered several pure linen ties, cuff links, and some pocket squares. Everything looks great. The packaging is nice and gives things the final premium handmade feel. The international shipping experience was amazing - shockingly fast and smooth. I generally avoid trying to purchase from overseas but would not hesitate to order again given how smooth and fast the process was. 100% plan to order from OTAA again.

The OTAA alligators nailed it with their seamless ONLINE customer service. I couldn't be a happier customer from the first moment I placed the order having a permanent contact with their alligators UNTIL the very last moment when the parcel arrived at my crib. All items are great quality, I've purchased from them on many separate occasions and the quality of all the ties and napkins is phenomenal. Alongside the good quality is affordability, each tie has a matching napkin and/or bow tie and its all reasonably priced. They have a massive variety too from super formal stuff to more casual/funny stuff.

The service is the main thing that i love about OOTA. They send out items straight away and everything arrives super quickly and well packaged, you get some cute little extras too a nice pouch to store your tie in, stickers and a note. They reply to emails quickly and they give refunds even for change of mind purchases (a lot of places don't do this anymore!). I requested a refund today it was processed immediately they even let me return the items at their warehouse rather than mail it.

My experience comes from ordering after seeing an Insta-advert (I'm a sinner). So, I ordered the Skull & Crossbones pocket square. Delivery = lightning. Packaging and marketing touches were - seriously - world class. The PS is wonderfully designed, with gorgeous detailing, and it (quietly) screams 'POP'. I was surprised at it being microfiber (!) but this gives it "grab" in the pocket.hello, silk I'm looking at you. Ymmv, but this single point of reference was 5 star. I'm an OTAA fan.

This company is amazing! I love their product. When I opened my package there were things like stickers, and a letter that I was not expecting, it really made my day when I read them. Another thing is they let you know how grateful they are, and from what I've seen not to bug you with spam mail. The packaging was absolutely phenomenal.with that, all said I hope that everyone is as happy with their product as I was.

We picked out your order by gently picking it from the shelves with Japanese chopsticks and placing it on a silk pillow.

We had a specially trained team of excommunicated runway models to look at your order to make sure it was perfect. They all gasped in amazement of how good your choice of OTAA gear was. One of them rolled over and went into tears - he no longer works with us.

Once that part was done, our small team of 9 people got together and celebrated your order by baking a cake with your name on it. After the celebration, we carefully packed your item into our extremely rare packaging that was designed by the same guy who invented Glad Wrap (at least he told us).

We then happily marched down to the post office with your parcel and waved with a single tear, 'Goodbye' - your order has now been sent.

Beautiful, reasonably priced products, an easy to use website, and great customer service - what more could you want!
