Having not had a haircut in 6 months it really was a treat for me. The staff were professional and personal and adhered to a strict Covid-19 safety plan including sanitizer spray of all the work areas, hand sanitizer and a special code to keep track of who was coming into the salon. It was a little strange getting a haircut with a mask on but I was made very comfortable and therefore I was happy to wear a mask. I left my appointment with a super sharp asymmetrical bob cut to perfection by the fabulous Rachel. This is a fantastic salon with sensational hairdressers and I highly recommend it.

World class products, knowledgeable stylists (that look amazing and stylish) and sophisticated fit out made for a five star experience.

After an initially poor experience at this salon where I was left waiting for quite some time and wasnt actually seen I was contacted by the salon. They arranged for me to come back in and have my appointment.
I was given a 5 star experience.
I was looked after by Tania. Her hair cutting skills are phenomenal!
I have never had a hair dresser cut my hair so meticulously and put so much effort into ensuring my hair looks fantastic no matter what style I decide to wear it in.
In what began in a disappointing experience, my visit to Oscar Oscar Southland ended up being wonderful.
The ladies were absolutely lovely, very personable and easy to talk to and made sure I was very well looked after.
In the end it all worked out and I am inlove with my new hair!

The best experience i have ever had getting my hair done by Ally, she is knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable she was so accommodating and answered all my questions, From my hair being dark brown to having a complete change to a dark blonde i was very nervous and she made me look like a superstar, i am full of confidence now and have never received so many compliments, i recommend Oscar Oscar to anyone looking for a new hair do theirs a reason why they are the best in the business, thank you to Ally you are AMAZING!

I am over the moon and in love with my hair! I went from brunette to blonde with Klara and she is simply the best with colour correction, tone and blonde specialist. She is amazing with hair extensions! It was a lengthy experience but every step of the way I knew I was in the best hands with her magic skills.

From the moment I visited the salon, in pursuit of my dream hair a few months ago, both Klara and the Southland team -Tanya and Melissa have given me nothing but exceptional and outstanding service!

I had a hair cut two or may be three months ago it was not that good! It took $140 for cut n he didn’t cut my hair the way I wanted. What is the point of wasting $140 if I get this! All he did was blow dry and set it!
Not only that they ask for refreshments to order n I did! Which I never get! How rude is that? !

I had my hair done by Anne yesterday. I had been having a bad week and isolation was starting to get to me. Getting a haircut was just want the doctor prescribed. I went in not expecting to leave with a total hair transformation but I honestly do not regret the decision. Anne took such good care of me and chose colours to suit the colour of both my eyes and skin, everything she did was really well thought out and she made me feel like I was in really good hands. I had never had a professional colour before and now I just want to keep going back. I was in there for quite a few hours but it was honestly just so nice to have some company and to be pampered in lieu of everything that has happened over the last few months. Not only have I had a total hair transformation but my eyes and skin look completely different. I also feel amazing. My hair is quite long and it is something I have spent a lot of time working towards, Anne made sure she cut as little as possible but also cut the hair around my face to frame my features really nicely. Honestly if you have been feeling a bit down and just need a bit of self care, get your hair done! Everyone is doing it really tough right now now and hairdressers need us to ensure they can stay open with everything happening in the world right now. So book in, you really won't regret it. Thankyou Anne, you have really made me see myself in a completely different light. See you in 6 weeks: D

I LOVE this place. After not cutting my hair for 20 years, I now can't stop. Jorge is an AMAZING Master Stylist with outstanding skill. He listens to what I want, offers suggestions without being pushy, and makes me laugh. My regular appointments are my ME time; relaxing and I feel cared for. Thx guys. I can't wait for my next appointment.

Klara has been my hairdresser for years and I wouldn’t go and see anyone else for my hair. My hair is fine and blonde and temperamental and she’s the only stylist I have found that not only cares about how my hair looks but also its overall health. With the amazing products available at Oscar Oscar Southland I’m always confident of walking away happy with how my hair looks and feels. I have never once left Klara feeling anything less than fabulous. I cannot speak highly enough ️

Klara was amazing! The service was nothing I had experienced in a salon before. I was constantly checked in with to see if I was comfortable and happy. I had never trusted a hairdresser and all my worries were completely blown away and this is the only salon I’ll be returning to from now on! Love the work guys:)

Great to experience the colour magic of Klara Simpson, in her new home at Oscar Oscar. Klara is that rare thing in a colourist - she really listens, she tweaks and strategises, she coaxes your hair to be its best. I always walk out feeling fabulous.

I always have an amazing experience when visiting Oscar Oscar Southland. The staff there are all lovely but in particular Dani, she is always making sure I am happy with my hair when I leave there and will go to an extra measure to make all of her clients happy and feeling their best. She’s extremely talented and I wouldn’t visit any other salon.

I love coming to see this girls at Southland, I also love the music, massages and great service ofcourse.
