Original Wood Oven Pizza Geelong

Well presented and tasty little slow delivery service but it’s Boxing Day today so I was not surprised when they said 2 hours for delivery.

Indeed the Best (Halal) Wood Oven Pizza in Geelong!

We ordered the Turkish Combo Pizza & Beef Pepperoni in Large over the phone and they gladly made our order Halal.

We will be back for more. Thanks for the free rubber ducky!

We have been to Wood oven on many occasions, and always found the food and service fantastic.
I took some relatives there for dinner, but unfortunately they weren't impressed with the food, my was ok, but certainly not above the standard we have come to know.
Staff always lovely and willing to help.

Wood Oven moved to 1-5 Roy St, beside the old shop.
Glad to have Turkish bread topped with pork bacon, nicely brown and crust was still crispy when takeout, yumm.

I was craving for a pizza and by gosh! I don't regret it, awesome service and great quality pizza! I had a Hawaiian and it was mouth watering, the kid who served me cal was very kind and respectful. I will be returning to wood oven pizza 5 STARS!

The most extensive menu in geelong, and some of the best food too. Got a parmi, chips, vegetables and turkish bread with prosciutto and it was absolutely delicious. Turkish bread was as soft as ive ever had and the parmi was great. Look forward to eating here a lot more.

This restaurant, was our home away from home for so many years. The atmosphere is really laidback and interesting. I love it.
The staff are amazing! All of them are so friendly and go out of their way to put a smile on your face.
Very clean, well priced, huge servings, 100% consistency, absolutely delicious meals, fun staff who aren’t afraid to welcome you… I highly recommend WoodOven Pizzas and my favourite- the mushroom steak.

Thought about taking 1 point off for the occasional missed item for delivery orders (dip, drink etc) but the food is so good it's worth it. The Turkish breads in particular are wild. The cacik dip is really great too.

Do people still whistle at their staff? Your staff are not dogs, food was okay, seems to have gone down hill from what I remember as a kid. Maybe invest in hair nets for your staff too

The place is filthy. Absolutely filthy. I only discovered this after going in for the first time to discuss the fact that they'd given my housemate the wrong food. Copped an argument from the guy behind the counter. That was my first visit there after moving into an apartment a few doors down. I was looking forward to it being my local. They won't get a cent out of me. Also, check out their online menu, they can't even spell steak, I doubt they can cook it. Awful place. Avoid. Edit: now that I've looked at the way the owner addresses feedback on here, I'm pretty shocked and will definitely never set foot in the place again. Have a read of their responses to critical reviews: 'we don't want a customer like you', 'try your luck somewhere else'. Actually nasty.

Great place! Simply enjoyed the food. The food is amazing and the service also. The place is a must recommendation for a visit or to try their food.

Absolutely bad! Waited over 2 hours. Was so hungry, we ate 3 pieces each. It was cold, rubbery, burnt and all over a bad pizza. Was really surprised, because I have eaten there before. Come on guys, very disappointed!

Absolutely wonderful superbly blended authentically prepared! Really liked it! Looking forward to visit again.
