The staff are absolutely fantastic. The vegan slice on the counter is yummy and the bitter grapefruit drink is my favourite. Great selection of vegan cheeses.

This store's staff often change. Especially the manger (short hair) always
is sand face (she is not suit to stay this position). If you going to shopping in this store then you will very disappoint with these staff.

"I'm an older man with white hair and a beard - - -" then I realised at Xmas time perhaps not the best way to begin a conversation, " - - - look, this is a genuine call" The clerk taking the call was so professional, patient and polite with me. I'd left some honey behind I'd purchased earlier with some bananas, I think the extremely hot weather and my advanced and somewhat diminished memory made for a forgetful senior's moment. Very polite, patient and helpful. The store's produce is always A#1, too! High recommend them!

Great range of products and helpful staff. Always something interesting in the discounts section of the fridge to try! We're lucky to have this shop in our community.

I shop here every Morning, the fruits really taste organic. I had a surgery from food poisoning since I only shop organics.

A wonderful community organic supermarket with fresh produce, competitive prices and wonderful staff. High recommended!

Nice place and good range of organic items but I found it weird when checking out that they add a fee to pay by card. I got a convoluted explanation of the different charges that would apply depending on whether I tap or insert.

For me it was only 10c but the lady next to me was going to be charged a couple of dollars and I just thought that's weird in this day and age when everyone pays by card? And what's the difference between tapping and inserting, why even bother charging for card payments?

Great range of products but the day i went i found the staff member unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed.
I hate that because i worked in customer service and i remember the director always saying.never be annoyed by the presence of a customer and never feel theyve disterbed you doing something, because if it wasn't for them you wouldnt be in a job.

Staff are awesome. Produce looks beautifully arranged. Had to take a photo.and was lucky enough to meet the beautiful Miranda, responsible for the work of art!

So many incredible products, staff are super helpful and go out of their way to accomodate shoppers (even the difficult ones). I could spend hours in this shop (and i do!).

This shop is the dream land for anyone who likes organic food, products, supplements and everything you can imagine.

Great delivery service and they always contact you about replacement product options if your requested product is not available. Have been shopping with them for years.

I like buying some organic fruits here.they tastes better. However, I have just bought a discount yohurt today, trying something different. Open it, try it. It tastes unpleasant, strong foul. Look at the bottle again, it is actually 5 days passed the best before day. I can not believe they can still sell past used day products on shelf. I Called the store, which double confirms it is still Okay to consume. I don't think it is in quality to consume. I feel it is quite unethical and irresponsible for its business reputation. Irony, it called itself ethical retailing and put ethical on it label. Need to call consumer affair to find out!

I have been shopping here for 10 years and love coming here with my family. The fresh produce and ingredients are top quality I love that they support local businesses. The friendly customer service is beyond amazing I really feel at home especially when I'm shopping with 2 little toddlers they always help me and I'm forever grateful that I come here to shop.

The old guy with glasses (manager, maybe?) has body odour and he walks around the store and talks to everyone in a pushy way. He is rude to his staff in front of customers. I generally like the vibes of health food stores but this one is not chill at all

I come to Wholefoods every Sunday and I love it! There are usually the same two staff members working and they create a really warm atmosphere - always greet me when I enter the store, super friendly, seem knowledgable and passionate about ethical food consumption.

I have been to many organic stores and have been treated poorly and also very pricey after finding organic whole foods I’ll never go anywhere else I’m very happy with the great customer service and fresh produce also if you become a member they have great sales.

Great Company to deal with, we had an issue with our delivery which was no fault of our own, but was sorted & handled very swiftly & efficiently! Thanks Very much!

Says it's ethical but sells dairy products and even soap made of dairy milk. Not vegan-friendly.
