This place has some of the best vegan foods & fresh food, I always come here but there’s something up with this girl who works here most of the time.
She’s not nice, gives off the worst attitude, ie: acts angry when I pay with cash over card, always staring at me, sometimes I even get a smirk, and sometimes slams my items on the bench, it’s really weird she won’t say anything bad but it’s the way she acts.
Really uncomfortable but I just ignore as much as I can and shop but they really need to give this lady less shifts.

Great selection for heath foods and a great vibe but very annoyed that they sell stale bread as fresh.

Have bought vegan mayonaise and vegan egg replacer.

This store is packed with products, an excellent fresh fruit and veg section in the front. My favorite section is the dairy section and that includes all vegan dairy as well. Further towards the rear you may find fish and excellent organic chicken pieces in the freezer.
This store has been a feature of smith st for decades and the staff are great.

This place is great for all things organic. The manager, Jeri, is friendly and always happy to help with anything I’ve needed. 11/10 would go back. She is not a sand face.

On my first visit a couple of months ago, I was after Lupin flour. I asked the lady at the counter if they had any, to which she asked if it was a tea. When I mentioned it was a keto friendly flour substitute, I was told if they had some it will be near the other flours. After 10 mins of fruitless looking, I went back to the counter and asked if the lady could look on her computer to see if they sold it, which did in fact indicate there was some in stock, but she wasn't sure where it was. I then went back to hunt for it again and eventually approached another staff member who was at the back part of the store. She too said it will be near the other flours, to which I responded I had looked but couldn't find it. The staff member said she was with another customer, so I apologised and kept looking. A few minutes later that same staff member walked right past me and started putting some stock on the shelf. She didn't even bother to try and make eye contact, let alone try to help me. That day I spent around $40 in the store. On my second visit a couple of weeks ago, I approached a male staff member and asked him if they sold egg white powder, to which he told me if they sold it, it would be near the protein powders. Yet another completely useless staff member who couldn't be bothered assisting me at all. That day I spent just over $30. I really cannot complain about the service, because there wasn't any. I won't visit this store ever again because the staff can't be bothered helping customers. They are as useful as a chocolate teapot. TOP TIP: go to THE SOURCE BULK FOODS across the road.their service is excellent and they have a great range of products (including Lupin flour) - all at very reasonable prices.

Excellent range from kitchen dishwashing etc, thru hair care, grains, sauces, teas, vegies and even eco-friendly cookware. A carefully selected, exquisite selection of healthy, pure products. Great service too!

I have been a regular at this store for 5 years now and have always loved everything about it sustainable products organic produce and lovely customer service. It’s all gone wrong now with this change in staff. I find the girls there condescending even facetious at times. This morning I was shooed away unceremoniously when I stopped to enquire after opening times as there are no signs in the window except for Sunday. It embarrassed me and I don’t think I could shop there again. No matter how good your product is rude staff will always turn you away. Bring back the old team please

Bought a kombucha here today and found out it has been expired on 30/9/2020, which is one month ago. I had to throw it away. This expired product shouldn’t be sold to customers

They have everything and the prices are really fair! This place is no hyped up healthstore, they are offering most exciting collection at lowest price.

This is one of the few places I can always get SOME of the fantastic raw organic vegan “cheeses” made by Botanical Cuisine in Collingwood. A great little store.

Good range pity the staff are so unfrendly/unhelpfull, almost to the Point of RUDE. The managment need to get there head around that not the only business close by that deals in the same/similar range of goods. I will be trying the other's before I come to this shop again. Not happy!

I absolutely love this place! By far the best quality and most affordable organic produce around the city. The staff are lovely and they have so many delicious and wholesome items. It's my go to food shop!
