I am very disappointed with how many times I bought vegan cheese from the shop and it turned out to be rotten. This has happened too many times now, I will be buying elsewhere.

Nice range if you're affluent, it's a niche thing I guess and they must do ok given they haven't gone out of business selling the cheapest ground coffee for $15 in a tiny bag etc. People generally want to shop at small places but wind up at the supermarkets because places like this are literally triple the price.

Some products are quite expensive, some other products are only a little bit more expensive. The apple's which have no wax or chemicals on them taste amazing! They don't have a lot of different fruits or vegetables, but they have a lot of other things such as make up, cleaning products, supplements, grains ect

Have been a customer for 3 years, once a week about $220/week average, all my weekly shopping from your excellent Brunswick store.

I would like to request the following:

Add indigenous animal meat to your range: kangaroo and wallaby

I value this meat because of sustainability vs farmed meat, even organic biodynamic farmed meat, native animals are lower impact. Really tasty too.

Because of this one thing I can't get at your Brunswick store, I could end up moving all my shopping to Terra Madre new Brunswick store.

As a business owner myself I am challenged by competition.

I value loyalty too so I have reached out via email and here.

Let me know if you will add these requests to your store, as it will be likely to keep my custom.

The friendly and helpful staff are the highlight here, in addition to the bulk foods and great vegan options.
Edit: Have overheard what sounded like the owner (?) talking down to their staff though. Pretty unprofessional. Perhaps why there seems to be high staff turnover lately.

The only shop where you can bet you'll find everything your after, the selection is so large you won't run out of recipe ideas. Check the drinks isle, beautifully crafted local goodness and than jump in the next isle for your toiletries I've never been so satisfied.

Lots of Variety of Lovely organic food, items for the home Like Essential oils, bamboo Cleaning brushes, range of foods on Special, Friendly Staff, good vibe, skin products, shampoos, lovely soaps etc. Worth a visit for sure. Today I found and bought a red banana there. I never knew they existed! Delicious.

Sadly, like most stores with a strong "organic" theme there is truly expensive ethical wholistic stuff to be had from here, though a great range of edibles as well as bulk buy home care products and well presented.

Like the products from the store but found some of the bread to be moldy past best before date and still almost full priced

I only really go here if I've missed something from my regular shop at the market but have found a lot of their potatoes to be kind of green. I've never had a warm or friendly interaction with the staff, but seen them be friendlier to people who spend more money there than I. Happy to go for their clearance fruit and veg or the occasional missed produce but it's far from my first choice for a shop.

I'm excited that they always seem to have great specials. The staff are always willing to help and friendly. The parking on such a busy street is great! I really like the diverse range of produce on offer. It always looks and tastes great! I've been shopping here for years and will continue to do so.

Great variety of products, but not a good choice of fresh veggies or fruit, which are also very expensive. We have found rice with a very strong smell of mould and they refunded it. Some time later, however, it happened the same, so I think they should check more the quality of their grains. A few parking spots just in front of the shop, which is a real plus in that busy street.

Price is abit costly but if you can afford the food style then it's a great store that has most of your organic needs

Expensive to start with AND card fees? Items are poorly ticketed on the shelf. I'll drive down a little further to Terra Madre next time.
