78 Leo such a nice and detailed person.
But I changed mind to get a different colour they were still left for another 1 hour to close store.
Leo walked to store manager to confirm that I want to change colour of phone but store manger said no 1 hour is left to close store don't do it now call them tomorrow.
Leo was still trying to change it for us but he was happy to do it for me but Leo was confused
But I was happy with customer service of leo.
Girl who Named Casie was very nice and friendly. Very professional and best service, highly recommended.
Terrible service, so rude especially the girl with the thick lashes. Online you get told to go into store they will be able to help you and you go in and no help at all.
Thank god for the Apple store. Once contract is over will never resign up with optus AGAIN
Terrible place and customer service. Wanted a pay as you go sim, made me sit for 10 mins when staff just laughing then told me they dont do it and i should go to coles when i could see them on the wall!
Coming here was a waste of time. Store manager was a bit passive aggressive and no consistency with the information they provide.
Was served by this lovely young girl Cathy yesterday, she was extremely patient with me despite my old age. Switched me from vodafone to optus fast and efficiently! Love the service
Horrible service at this store. They asked me to call Optus customer service phone number even if I was already sitting in the Optus store. They cannot get anything done.

My phone had stopped working and went in to have replaced and was advised it would have to be sent away. No loan phone offered. Ask for credit to be place on my account for the time I’ll be without phone. Or service and again not able to provide.the staff also huddled together and laughed at me when I was addressing my concerns about paying for a service I can’t even use. This is on top of them creating a 2nd phone service I didn’t request to have.
Got there to get a Sim for a phone passed between 3 staff. Needed to get it set up. Waited about 20 mins to find out there systems were down. Þold it happens in late afternoon. Not overly impressed.
Wait times are more at Optus stores in general so was here at chadstone, but issues were resolved and the customer service personal was very informative.
The three most inefficient managers I have come across in my life, unprofessional, disrespectful, and liars. They could not solve a simple problem that they themselves generated, it took them 2 months to "try" to give me solutions. They sold me a plan with a phone but the plan and the phone were no longer in stock and the plan no longer existed. They made me go to the store more than 6 times to waste my time and listen to their false promises of solutions that were never carried out. They couldn't fix the problem. Every time I went to the store they told me lies. They treated me very contemptuously. In the end I had to agree to a totally different plan than what I signed for as there was no solution to the problem.
Avoid bad times, do not visit this Store
Ray's a legend! Couldn't get 5G working on my new iPhone - the CBD store had told me I needed to upgrade my plan, but Ray just replaced the sim card and it worked straight away. Hero.
Staff not helpful, they just want your business, not experience have billing issues can’t sort out on the phone billing team, then I went to shop try to solve the issue. They ask me call the billing team in the shop.
I had a person try and help but nothing eventuated of my issues. To this day I still have my issues (went 4 weeks ago)
He didn't know what he was doing. He couldn't solve my issue with my account but made it worse. Now I had to talk to customer service and visit the shop again.
Received great service from this Optus team.
Bilal provided clear explanations of the possible options we could take with our phone issue, and was patient and friendly throughout the whole process.
Ervin was proactive at greeting customers as soon as customers entered through the door. He always checked in with customers that were waiting to be served. Overall, fantastic optus store that is well managed!
Staff are super helpful. Emardh was really friendly and patient with all requests. Super quick and easy!
Absolute rude behaviour by the store team members. Store manager greeted at the entrance and asked me to be seated, so that I can be attended by a store team member. Team member Bilal attended and dint even bother to ask what the query was and advised to call customer service for a simple request, and yes I am talking about a store member from the Chadstone store. Here in Australia, we are talking about employment crisis and lack of labour force. But people like these with such behaviour do not even value their job and lack at their basic customer service skills. I am highly disappointed and feel bad for wasting my precious time. Giving 1 star as I do not have option to give 0.
Got my 13 from here a few weeks ago. Went in on 2 separate days, Fatimah & the rest of the staff showed flawless service and were very kind, despite me having to watch them deal with impatient, selfish customers both times. A 2.8 rating isn’t fair to these guys. Have some patience & understanding, don’t be a Karen/Kevin, and I’m sure your experience in this store will go well.
