These guys suck, to put it simple. Go to the Waurn Ponds store, much better there. Terrible customer service at the Geelong store and they make you wait so long to not really help you. The guy who signed me up didn’t deliver on his promise of a discount and lied to me saying he had Parkinson’s disease so couldn’t help put my screen protector on. They have terrible soft skills and make Optus look even worse than they already are. Feel like I was taken advantage of with the discount pitch that never came to fruition.considering leaving for Telstra due to not wanting to deal with these people in store.

Completely useless staff. Never able to do anything. Better to do everything yourself online. If you visit store, you will be needing to contact the telecommunications industry ombudsman to get any positive results. One star is definitely over rating this store, and staff.

Didn't have to wait very long for service they explained everything to me. I never have a problem when l go there that's why l stay with them.

Staff were brilliant and solved my problem in a very timely manner. To the bosses at Optus and I'm sure the in store staff would agree it would save a lot of time if they had full access to fix account issues/payment issues to save the phone call that seemed to take a good hour but everything was fixed so thanks to all that fixed my complicated issues. Definitely would recommend.

Just got a new phone today, took about 30 minutes, not a single issue/hold up. Took me through every step in regards to transferring all my old data to my new phone. Lachlan at your Geelong Store made things so easy. Straight to the point and abit of humour added in, thanks for making things easy man!

Rude staff refused to return my sim and transferr my funds to new account will be persuing matter with consumer affairs aust worst business i ever visited staff should be sacked

Change the manger hopefully
U can get more customer
The manger is very rude and he doesn't care about the customer i was very polite to him he use a cuss word to me
And last he said me if you want complaint

Went on Friday morning 19.8.22 and staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't have treated me better.

Worst experience ever.send my phone for insurance about more than a month ago but still didn't received it.called and visited the store multiple times but everytime they are like it will Come the other day even though insurance company already send back it to store.don't even know if I will get my iPhone back or not

Very unprofessional and rude staff.make you wait for hours before they ask for ur problem. Have to wait for 45 minutes still the guy with the big beard start talking to someone from apple and keep ignoring us. Would love to them -1 stars. Not recommended at all to anyone.

Fantastic service from this Store! I was after a new plan and they found the best one to suit what I needed. Mathews help was excellent and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the man who greeted me but they both worked to get me fast and happy service.well done optus give these guys a raise!

Reasonable amount of phones and plans available. Staff member that served me was pleasant enough but didn’t go out of her way to help. Just did what she had to and no more.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Changed my account from prepaid to postpaid.no mention that I would not be entitled to a credit for the recharge funds I paid a day earlier. Called customer service and they just referred me back to the store with no solution.terrible they treat long term customers like this

Went in to cancel my portable wifi and install nbn. Erin gave me a phone number to call to cancel the portable wifi, but gave me the incorrect service number to cancel. I ended up cancelling my nbn 4G backup sim card number.

Loy (I think) she's amazing. Spend so much time to help me out with my problem and she fixed straight away. Very very happy.

Excellent customer service but could be better. Worker gave me the wrong headphones and I’m blind so couldn’t tell till after I opened them.
