31Such terrible service! Seriously the guy servicing and the ladies working in the back! It's like they all dont want to be working. No social distancing there was a sign in the kitchen saying 2 people and there was 3 and sometimes 4 in that cramped up kitchen.
Ordered via DoorDash. They forgot half of our order and what did come was stone cold, overcooked and dry.
Can't believe the amazing service by Maryam, her friends were trying to get her attention as they were walking past as she stayed super professional and kept serving and was super attentive to her customers food was great too
I did not have much time for lunch today so I thought I would give Oportos a try for the first time. I found them a little on the pricey side. This was not an issue as I don't mind paying extra for good food. I was offered a third fillet of chicken to be put on my burger. I was told it would be extra. I though they just meant an extra price but I did not realise they meant the chicken would be EXTRA Burnt.
Long story short the burger was horrible, the meal was overpriced but the chips were great.
We have recently moved from Tassie. Visited Oporto broadmeadows on Thursday afternoon. Fab food and service.manager Khlil is great. Helped us choose the food. Very well presented food and Customer service is 5 Star. Will visit again for sure.
Amazing the best Oporto and chicken ive had steaming hot crispy skin and spicy burgers with perfectly cooked fried will definitely come again
This place is a straight 5. The chicken is phenomenal and dont even get me started on that chilli sauce. Manager there is a boss and i dont mean in the literal sense.
Got burnt dry chicken pieces. They were black and inedible and they forgot my chips! Waited an hour for my order to be delivered and the chicken went in the bin. I drank my coke and ate my mousse and then had to order pizza. Rang restaurant but it was closed.left message.
Not sure why the negative reviews but I’m extremely satisfied. I’m from Sydney where Oporto is from, and huge lover of Oporto. So when I moved to Melbourne I was excited to see they have a few locations here. I’ve eaten at the highpoint one and airport which is very similar to Sydney. When I had to come to Broadmeadows I said I’ll give it a go, but was a bit worried as I heard Broadmeadows isn’t the best area. The shop was exceptionally clean and tiday, the staff were young but knew exactly what they were talking about and very very friendly. The food came out fast and very well presented. The food was cooked perfectly and chicken was crisp and marinated to perfection. Loved it. Well done Oporto Broadmeadows
Got served a cold burger. Which is a shame as I usually enjoy the Bondi at the other store down the road.
