Oporto Broadmeadows

Today I went to this fast food place to order an Otropo value box. While they’re were nice enough when ordering, when I received the food, it was a different case.

First of all, the food looked like it had been thrown in there without a care in the world. Secondly, they charged $15 for the whole box and only gave a hand full of chips. When I took it back to them, instead of apologising, they started arguing. How can you expect us to be happy when they’re giving us a hand full of chips and charging us that much money? It doesn’t matter that there are other items, you shouldn’t be stingy. Every time I’ve dined there, I always feel like the staff, in particular the Arabic girl are being racist and giving me less food. When my friends order food, their food looks nice but mine always looks unappealing. On top of that, people who order after me receive their order first, and I’m left waiting, even when their order is much bigger than mine. If you’re going to work in customer service, you’ve got to lose the attitude.

As I turned my back after complaining about the lack of chips, I could hear them laughing. You all should be grateful that you have a job in tough times like this. Stop being so ignorant and racist and do your damn job properly. Instead of arguing with customers, try to understand where we are coming from as well. Didn’t appreciate the attitude from the Asian girl and the Arabic girl today, won’t ever come to dine again at this disgusting place.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there either.

Felt very uncomfortable by the service staff and workers at the time inside Oporto while eating a meal out the front of there shop. If your workers don't have the respect for customers whom they've served, then either shut shop, or hire new workers!

Love the wraps and burgers, the manager is the best, he’s very friendly and kind. He treats his workers very well, and the workers are so nice, they always greet me with a smile and always get my order right. Great customer service, and the food is always fresh, well cooked and just right. Keep up the great work Oportos Broadmeadows

I paid for a double burger and drove all the way home to find that my dinner was only a single. This is the type of thing that makes me never return.there is no excuse for just not giving a customer what they bought. It tasted fine but I was hungry after and I was charged for a double.

I come here today specially and it was not busy just there was 3 order on screen i waited around 15 minutes i call to girl they told we are busy than after some time i call again they didn't listen even they didn't take my order so please if you want come i think you should go other oporto thanks and i was very hungry and it was break from my job

Have never had a good experience at the broady shops store. Servers don't listen to what you actually want and just assume everything. Happened to me the last 2 times I've been. Maybe its because I'm Australian? Who knows.
Such a shame because the roxy store 10 min up the road makes this store look like a fish out of water. How embarrassing and disappointing. I cant say enough bad things about what has just happened. Let's see what the foods like.

I had the chicken salad combo, it was nice good amount of chicken and the chips were hot, salad was nice and refreshing. It was under $20 too so it's a good price

Second one was the otropo burger deal double, the burger and chips were nice and hot, the pineapple gave the burger a bit of sweetness which was unusual for a burger but nice.

Staff experience! I ordered Bondi burger “ double chicken “ pies with then I received just one piece inside the burger

I would give -10 for unprofessional and rude customer service.

I clearly explained 3 times the order then received completely wrong order. When I told them that I got the wrong order, the lady was very aggressive and rude. She Said “ I’m going to chuck this in the trash bin! ” Then proceed to throw the meals in the bin (I can clearly tell from her body language that she was annoyed by it) Then said “Tell me, what you exactly want! ”. I was lost for words.
I understand that we all going to through tough time, or maybe she was having a bad day but don’t take that out of customers.

The food was just too good well done Kahlil. I received my order in quick time and it was tasty at the same time.

Lovely food and the best thing is that it really gave me the real flavour of Portugal. Chicken was nicely grilled and the must try dish is the Double Bondi Burger.

I have ordered chicken box. Rubbish cold chicken and uncooked bread. Absolutely waste of money.

Ordered an XL chips but got very little in the box. When I approached staff about it in a very respectful way one particular girl was not friendly and kept telling me that’s how much XL is. I buy Oportos quite often and know how much the quantity usually is. Some people need to be taught customer service.

I went there to pick up online order around 10.30 am but they still close. Please don’t accept orders if you are closed. Waste my time.

It was just okay. We had Bondi and Chicken Rappa. Not a value for money.
The location is also confusing the photos show that it is located outside near car park whereas it is inside the foodcourt.

I come to oporto broadmeadows all the time and staff is great. Always serve hot food.love the halloumi burger. Manager and his team is Great

Very very bad customer service from the owner and very rude to the staff working in the shopping Center, has no customer service skills. I recommend not to go there if you want proper customer service. I ordered a wrap and I got a burger, I was very clear of what I ordered and he was insistent that I ordered the burger when in actual fact I ordered a wrap. This is what he said to me in an authoritative way, “you order a burger you get a burger, you order a wrap you get a wrap”. After a few seconds he felt bad and wanted to give me what I ordered but I refused it as he made me feel beneath him. I will never go there again & he could deal with some cleaning too.

Ordered on the app, order was allegedly being prepared, the driver arrives to pick it up - turns out they are actually closed. They screwed up both the customer and their driver. Never again.

Staff is rude and I order half hour ago for pickup when I came after half an hour, they said to me it’s not ready and wait 10 mint more. Very poor customer service
