I took my note 9 to get screen protector replaced to Rowville shop. It cost $40, took a long time and when I got my phone back my S pen had been swapped for a broken one. Guessing tech has his own note 9 and broke his pen so decided to steal mine. You can't trust these guys so don't risk your electronics with them.
