I got there at like 430 and to get a new phone screen that came with a free class screen protector for only $149 and a wait time of 20 minutes it is really good customer service and he was really nice if I went to Apple it was going to be around $330 and to get this for half the price is really good and it is working like a charm would really recommend this place cheap and good quality and the time to replace a screen is a amazing. If I ever break my phone again I’m coming back here.

My experience with these people was pleasant. The representative was professional & accomodating. He repaired my phone quickly & with a smile, & I was quite happy with the cost.

I had an ipad with broken screen but still work properly. I send it to change the screen, they called after couple days that the screen is changed but the ipad is not working, the board is damage and tbey have to put back the broken screen. I agreed as it is not fixed. But when i received my ipad it was not working anymore and the start button is broken. Don't know whose fault, but if they couldn't fix it, at least they should give it back the same as they received it. Not having more damage.

They fixed my iphone camera problems for a reasonable price, i will recomend this business, One thing i noticed is that when i phoned the business the call when to a voice mail which is ok by me but when i called to find about my phone they never called back, but they did called me when the phone was ready.
Anyway I will recomend the business, reasonable prices and professional.

I have had my phone repaired a number of times at this facility. The staff are reliable and quick. Very affordable and good service!

Price was higher as I arrived at the shop than when I called to check. At the end, I did not use their service as I just feel that they are not being honest.

I had my iPad screen replaced last month after 3 years of usage, I was assured that the replacement screen was exactly the same quality as the Apple genuine screen dropped it once with the replaced poor quality screen mind you only has been one month. The Replacement Screen never worked the same as the Apple genuine screen worked. The salesman then wanted a further $100 to replace screen again when it has a 3 month warranty I might as well go & buy a new iPad. I would never recommend that anyone would get the screen replaced from on the go. It’s a shame iPads are not cheap and it’s a waste of time & money! I put trust in them in this is how they treated their “valued” customers! “What a disgrace” To be honest I wouldn’t even give it one star but had to! Then called the security to have me removed because he wasn’t willing to resolve his unfair business, poor screen replacement. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEESE UNFAIR PEOPLE!

Was assured twice (because I asked if he was sure! Cos it looked unfitting.this was before he proceeded with the work) if the protector ($20 mind you) he recommended fits my phone and he said yes and was stuck onto the phone. Later in the day I realised air is seeping in through the sides and my screen looked warped due to the protector being too small for my screen and stickiness sort of losing grip on sides. Asked a few other friends who have had protectors on their phones and all said it’s the wrong sized protector for my screen. I’ve emailed OnTheGo in the hope to get another put on at no extra cost but no one is replying the 3 messages sent. Seems harder to get after sales service once money is collected? Will attempt to go to the store to see what they will do otherwise, will seek help from consumers’ affair. Sigh. Wasted time and money and now have to take time off to sort it out.
