I got a screen protector placed on my Razer Phone 2 here. The man never had experience placing a screen protector on that phone, but he did it perfectly on the first try. Impressed with their expertise, I came back to have them place a screen protector on my iPhone XR. Same perfection as before. Would recommend.

Phillip was very kind and sympathetic to the poor quality of the screen protector I'd previously bought for my phone, so when I brought a new one to replace the original (but of poor quality) protector, he offered to replace it free of charge. Thanks Phillip, your service is excellent.

Do not take your surface book here! Absolutely dodgey as they get. Aperently, they don't consider the keyboard as part of the laptop and won't fix it. They say it's an accessory. What a joke. That's how it comes from shop, with the keyboard because it's a laptop. They tell you they've fixed your laptop, you go to collect it, only to find out they only fixed the top half because they reckon the keyboard is not part of the computer. Worst people I've ever dealt with.

These guys are really accommodating, I already had a screen protector for my phone but didn't want to put it on myself as I knew I'd screw it up. They were happy to help even though I hadn't got the screen protector from them. Thanks OnTheGo!

Don't even bother going to this place for laptop repairs. Save you time and money and go somewhere else.

I took my laptop in to get fixed because I'd dropped it and the hinge broke. They took it in and gave me a quote after 2 days (24/09/18). I wait over a week and ask if the repair is done and then they tell me that they are waiting on a part and they will let me know when it arrives. After almost 3 months (18/12/19) they say the part has arrived. I'm on holiday so I don't pick up the laptop until early Jan.

I take it home and notice a line of pixels missing on the screen. I take it back and they say it probably happened when I dropped it the first time or when they gave me the laptop back. I'm a little annoyed that they would a) blame it on me immediately and b) not have checked for missing pixels when I first brought my laptop in. I decide to deal with it another time and take my laptop home.

Over the next few days I find multiple problems with the laptop. The battery won't charge beyond 59%, the hinge is sticking out and the screen keeps registering touches that aren't there. I take it back and say they'll fix the hinge for free since that is what I paid for but the other things will cost extra. When asked for an update, they say they need to charge me $200 on top of the $500 I already paid for the hinge and again they blame it on the same reasons as before. That I must have done something when given the laptop back or it happened from the initial drop.

I'm done with the accusations and take my laptop back. All in all, this took from late September to early Feb to sort out. I don't know why they did not check my laptop before giving it back to me. I can only assume that they are incompetent.

Funnily enough, I take it next door to JB hifi. They send it to their workshop and 2 weeks later I pick it up completely fixed with no issues at all. Like I said, save your time and your money and just go somewhere else.

Do not purchase accessories from here. Here's what happened to a case I purchased from On The Go after 6 days of use. When I took it back, they literally laughed at me and told me it's my fault because I put my phone in and out of my pocket? ! I've escalated to Consumer Affairs because they shouldn't be able to get away with doing this to customers without any consequences.
Lawrence Sun, who claims he is the owner is rude, disrespectful and clearly does not understand basic levels of customer service of Australia's Consumer Laws. You're better of buying better quality items for much cheaper from ebay,

My friend went there to get his phone battery replaced, they repaired based on the instructions on ifixit, lol, you can do it yourself with the tools.

That's besides the point, my point is, just look at their replies to the bad reviews if you wanna know how their business attitude is. The way they screw their customers in their replies further proves how rude they are, as people mention in their comments.

EDIT: seems like someone doesn't understand English, lol. I mentioned specifically that my point is your ATTITUDE, nothing to do with the phone. Yes the phone is working fine, its just a battery replacement, if you manage to screw that up you then can go back to China. MY POINT IS YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RUDELY AS PROVEN BY THE REVIEWS. Nothing personal for me, or my friend, just a general guide for people reading the reviews, to get mentally prepared to get roasted if any dispute is to happen.
