I couldn't be happier with the repair service for my Xiaomi 13 Ultra! After dropping my phone and cracking the screen, I'm really afraid of if I can fix it in Australia. But this repair shop quickly ordered a high-quality replacement part and fixed my phone literally good as new. Their technicians were highly skilled and got my phone back to me just a few days. For such an affordable price, they exceeded my expectations. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know - they are the best around for fast, reliable, high-quality phone repairs!

I had a very bad experience at this place.
1. Gave my laptop to repair on 8th Sep and I was informed that damage assessment will be done by 12th Sep but I have to go to shop on 15th Sep to find out nothing has been done.
2. I was told that on 16th I will get the laptop as I was upset that nothing was done.
3. I followed up on 16th and 18th Sep and couldn’t get the laptop.
4. On 19th Sep I got response from them that it is available with them to be picked up.
5. I was able to collect on 22nd as the shop is not open beyond 5pm.

Above is the sequence of event and I am not worried about that. I am upset about the fact that after a week I was made to realise that it’s not their fault. When I checked on 12th that will they assess the damage and let me know, I was asked additional time.
The attitude I felt was that they are doing a favour to us and that too for a paid service.

I wish I never go to this place.

I got a screen protector replacement here and it has been the best experience ever. The staff members are very friendly and efficient and they are very professional. Their accessories are of high quality, and their service is very swift. I highly recommend you come here the next time you have phone related issues or need a screen protector.

Brought my hard drive for fixing, charged me 500 dollars, no receipt, no service details, no evidence of procedures they carried out, only recovered 200GB broken files and one stupid excuse saying the hard drive is damaged.
Went back to question their service and you know what? They asked me to provide evidence. LOL.
Brought my disk to a different place, recovered way more data in only one day.
What a joke.

Have bought a screen protector with 3 months warranty in December. It cracked in 1 month time so I brought it back to be replaced. The staff member there was amazing, had it done in 1 sec no issue. Now it’s only the second month. The protector cracked again and this time when I brought it in, there was another guy who was quite reluctant to replace it. He claimed that the warranty policy had changed long time ago and it should be 1 month warranty rather than 3 months. I explained that I was told by another staff member that the product I bought came with 3 months warranty and during this period if there is any damage they could get it replaced. He responded in a quite impatient and slightly rude tone like “ oh so you want to EXTEND the warranty to March? ”. I wasn’t trying to extend anything, it is just what I was informed in the first place. I appreciate the fact that this guy still replaced the protector for me. It’s just the attitude that’s really disrespectful. He acted like I was trying to rip him off, but I am not.

Anyways, other staff members are amazing and friendly. It might be this one guy who’s not very professional in customer services.

Did a screen replacement there, later found mobile GPS function is not working and flashlight also not work.

I accidentally poured a glass of water onto my MacBook and it completely stopped working. I got important file inside. These guys here they helped me out, miraculously fixed my MacBook in several days and I got all my data back. Thanks I will definitely come back next time

I dropped my iPhone 11 max during work and the screen broken, flashed with green light. These people fixed my phone in just half an hour plus they gave me a glass screen protector to further protect my phone. I love how they are so helpful and agile. Appreciate
