One Early Education Group

When we are looking for people to care for our children and essentially to spend more time with them than we do when we are working during the week, we rolled out the santa naughty and nice sized list of out that had our expectations. We looked at SEVEN family day cares and centres before i would even consider making a decision. I walked through the doors of One early education group and honestly had to take a minute to take it all in. They ticked EVERY box and even had boxes i didnt no i wanted ticked. Since my boys have started the girls have exceeded my expectations in every possible way! As far as communication goes- they don't miss a beat, they are happy to take calls to check in but they call when things happy with your little ones! The environment and facilities are immaculate and its like they look after the centre like its their home. Walking and smelling the food that my children are being cooked makes my mouth water and also i can take comfort in knowing that they exceed the standard and expectation when it comes to their menu. They take health and safety to a whole new level of WOW! Seeing my little ones learning and development, not only on the postings they take the time to send out everyday but what i see in their development that they present at home thanks to the girls intricate attention to detail. The ladies have a way of making every child special and amazing and they take the time to listen to each parent so they can ensure that each child gets the attention and care to the gold standard. They are warm and empathetic and that warms my soul to no they get the same “mummy” love at the centre. By now you can see how beyond happy we are and i would shout from the roof tops how much i recommend this centre if i could.

My son has attended the centre for 2 years and we are really happy with the care they provide. The centre is clean and full of great learning spaces. Their staff are friendly and provide an excellent education for my son, as well as built strong caring relationships. Their communication is timely and we love getting updates on his experiences during the day. They have worked with us along the way which makes our son’s care feel personalised for him. We are very happy at One!

Absolutely love this centre.
I have trust issues when it comes to my sons (3yrs & 5yrs old) but not with ONE I felt confident and reassured that they are safe and will enjoy there time under ONEs supervision.

They make my sons feel like they are home which makes drop off so much easier when they want you to leave them, they love the staff, who are so friendly, kind and welcoming.
You also have daily updates thru story park, which is amazing.
And their Food is awesome and there chef is so lovely with the kids as they come and go, the food is nutritious, delicious and appealing.
I cannot praise ONE and there team enough, highly recommend them to any family, thank you so much Team ONE xx

Our daughter has been attending One Early for just over a year and she always has a smile on a her face during drop off and pick up. She loves the food and the curriculum set and has gained a lot of confidence with her new skills. As first time parents we are at ease knowing our daughter is in a safe environment especially during a pandemic. Wonderful carers who are fantastic with my children in every way. They loves going to the centre. The best place they can be when I'm not able to be with them during the day. The Storypark app also helps me feel a part of their day even though I'm not with them.

My daughter has been going to this centre for past 1 week and honestly cant fault them anywhere.they always acknowledge my request for the day and updates are provided regularly. As I am FTM so was freaking out and went to more than 15 centres before finalising one early.glad we got full time hours as i love how clean and tidy this centre is. Thanks to everyone who left reviews before me as it helped me to make this decision. Staff is amazing, Director and assistant director are so friendly and as I was really emotional leaving my 1 year old on first full day, director made sure she came out to see me and assure me that my daughter would be well looked after.if i could will give 100 stars more. If down the line things change, will definitely come back here to update my review.

My wife and I have visorted and in fact tried orientation with a few centres and were not that impressed with what we had found until we heard about one early education at a cross roads where we had found no joy we were about to give up but decided to try one last time and so glad we did we can not recomend this centre any highly than we could, staff fantastic and just the overall experience is warm and friendly and the food they serve to the kids is amazing cannot stress enough what an amazing centre so thanks to staff for the unsurpassed professionalism for making our little one so welcome

This Centre has an amazing program from whole body wellness to art and sports. With the menu being exceptional. The staff are kind and friendly and very experienced in their knowledge. My son loves it and is always talking about what is up too. The app is so helpful to feel in touch and help with some of the working mummy guilt!

Couldn't rate this centre enough!

I don't know about the service, but one early education doing something wrong with there system, if you guys don't look at your bank statement, they will eat your money, I am.sp frustrate with them, I have given them 2nd chance as they are very close to my home, but again they ripped me off, seriously not happy with them at all, omg plz help me here

They give you totally wrong information about what they are going to charge.

My daughter has been there for almost a year. The staff are very friendly and warm. The food is fabulous. I have seen her language develop and she loves the stations that are rotated on a regular basis. Its always clean and when you pick up your kid, you are informed about their day-naps and eating schedule.

Loving the centre. My 2yo has been there for 12 months now. The centre is clean, food is restuarant quality and they staff are always helpfull and nurturing. Worth a look.

Very healthy and nutritious variety of food, always changing helping you child experience all food groups.
Would recommend One Early Education Cranbourne to any parent with complete support and a personal recommendation.

My toddler loves attending the centre. He gets to experience many things and they offer opportunities to expand development by visits outside of the childcare setting if parents wish. The meal and snack options are great and if like some days my toddler isn't keen on what is served up he is always offered alternatives. The educators are friendly and are always happy to answer any questions and give a run down of their day when I go for pick up.

My 10 month old son has been attending this services for the past month and a half. I cannot recommend them enough. The service is clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely love this place!
As a first time mum I was so anxious about sending my little one to daycare but Claire and Binu from the nursery room immediately put my mind at ease. It's so refreshing to attend an early education facility that really cares for and nurtures my baby from the loving educators she spends her days with to the wonderful nutritious menu served to her each and every day.
I would definitely recommend this place!
