One Early Education Group

Our 2.5 years old son has been going to One for last 1 and half years and he loves. All the staff always have a smile on their faces and friendly. Chef cooks food awesome good diet balance. Very tidy, clean, friendly service.

Even from my initial enquiry, One Early has proved to be effecient, cleanly & caring. Providing a multitude of different learning activities for all ages. Each child is shown kindness and patience. My personal favourites would be the fish and chickens, the family room, large outdoor areas, healthy meal varieties, friendly faces every day and knowing that my child will be safe & cared in the loveliest way.

I would have no hesitation in recommending One Early Education. My son has been attending this centre for just over 2 years and I have found all staff members to be extremely loving and caring. He suffers a little bit of separation anxiety and often pulls at my heart strings when I drop him off.but I know that after a few minutes, he is happily playing and forgotten all about me! He is provided with nutritional meals which is a huge plus because he is a fussy child when it comes to eating dinner at home! He is supported in every area and if I have any concerns, the staff are always open to ideas and suggestions. My son always welcomes me with a huge smile at the end of the day and always raves about how much fun he has had at day care. I’m comfortable that the educators will always contact me if there are any problems or areas of concern. Overall I’ve been extremely happy with the service provided! Thank you to all the beautiful educators for making my little man feel happy, safe and included.

My daughter has been attending this childcare for 3 years now and she has really excelled. The staff are friendly, professional, nurturing and attentive. Highly recommend this centre!

My son is going to this child care since 9 months. And now daughter also going. We never had major problems. And they have a really good meal plan for kids.
Staff is friendly. Doing activities. And updating us daily.
So far good.

Our son has settled in so well at One, he loves Dilini Amrit Kang and Kama! He has been in child care since 4 months old (now 2) and he gets excited in the morning, grabs his bag and runs to the door. The team are really friendly and interact well with him and the other kids!

Highly recommend One Early Education Cranbourne! As a first time mum I had huge anxiety and stress with looking into care for our first son so I could return back to work, The staff made the very first conversation a comfortable one, then our first orientation, second orientation and then doing a complete first whole day - they were above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed, that our son was safe, and they accepted all my worried calls to check on him throughout the day. Since then our first son has grown through each room and now in 3 year old kinder, the complete transition each time went very smoothly, with no stress at all. During Covid it was incredibly hard, but with every obstacle the staff did everything they could to make sure all the children were catered to at a high level standard, We are completely grateful our son has been able to grow with this centre and with all the staff. Our now second son has started also with the centre in the infants room, and has settled in so easily, The orientations and transition was a complete breeze again, We have alot of trust and appreciation for the staff at One Early Education. If you are wanting a nice, valued, warming, stress free and happy centre for your children to grow with, dont go anywhere else.

My kids has been on this daycare for 3 years now and all i can say is that the teachers and staff here are all very lovely. They know my kids by name and my kids at the same time enjoy going there. The center itself is well maintained and classrooms are designed in way that kids will be entertained and learn at the same time. Totally recommend this place for families!

My son has been attending for nearly 2 years. All of his carers have been fantastic and he bounces in happily every morning. The team are really lovely and all so approachable too. Great childcare centre.

Our son was only there less than 6 weeks before we pulled him out and found another centre. Communication was poor to non-existent, they made no effort to welcome us or get to know us, you would have thought that as we were signing up while restrictions were still in place (end of Nov) they would have gone out of their way to find other ways of making us feel part of the centre but getting info about what he was up to was like pulling hen's teeth. We got few photos, discovered he was in a room for much younger children (to which the new director, when I brought it up with her, was like. "oh yeah that's weird"), and I felt like no one ever knew who he was or who we were. Apparently they're still the only centre in the area insisting that parents drop at the gate rather than at the room door. I could have brought up our concerns with management but all signs pointed towards us getting nowhere so we found a new centre that fulfills our expectations.

Edit: absolutely nothing about my review is “factually inadequate” or a “gross misrepresentation” and the fact that they are trying to claim that is says it all. A quick check on local parent Facebook groups confirms I’m not the one one who feels similarly about the way they are currently being run. The majority of the issues went well beyond covid (also the time at which I posted the review, weeks after we’d left, was a total coincidence) and we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt many, many times and sweated whether we were doing the right thing pulling him out or if we were being unreasonable in our expectations. Turns out having the staff knowing your child’s name and room without prompting (not to mention recognising the parents) isn’t actually unreasonable at all.

Such a great place with wonderful staff. Definitely made the right choice by choosing this place!

My daughter has been coming to this centre for at least 3 years now. The staff are very welcoming and its peace of mind knowing my little girl is safe and very well looked after when here. I would like to specifically mention belinda for being there when my little girl had separation anxiety, she made the situation easier at drop off. The way they also handled Covid was brilliant only allowing children into the centre. Highly recommend.

My 2 older children love going to daycare.
The educators are amazing and do their absolute best to ensure that each child learns in a way that best suits them.
The food supplied is fantastic, and super healthy.
I cannot praise this centre enough for the wonderful work they do.

Our daughter has attended One since she was around 9 months old and we only have positive things to say about the staff and the centre. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and the communication is fantastic.

A very warm and caring centre
No request is ever too difficult and they offer amazing programs and services to children and families. Plus they have great food menu everyday.

After visiting different childcare centres in the area, this one suited us most. The staff were very welcoming and after observing how they interacted with all the children, it gave me peace of mind that my son would be left in good hands.
He has been attending this centre for little over a year and absolutely enjoys his day from start to finish. Ready to go in the mornings, excited and big smiles on his face when he walks through the doors.

Very tidy and clean, friendly service, informative, good quality cooked by professional chef and the story park app allows me to view day-to-day activities.

My son and I loved this center.it was bright and fresh.the staff were so lovely.at the start.my son loved his teachers.we experienced some family violence and my son had some behavioral issues.one early education kicked my son out of the center.he wasnt allowed to attend.i was given barely notice and as a fulltime working single mother it was very stressful.one of his teachers he adored and was very close to, as was i added me on facebook after my son was asked to leave, she was then asked to remove me from her facebook or she would loose her job.awesome service!

I had visited a handful of childcares around the area and I am certainly most happy with One Early education. The cleanliness, and friendly and caring staff are certainly a stand out and after my son has been there for 6 months now he loves going to childcare everyday. Highly recommend!

Love this centre a lot!
Good quality of care, reliable staff, spacious and clean play area which is perfect for a boy to explore.
Most of all, educators are so friendly to my children which helped them be settled to this centre. My sensitive boy struggled at first whenever changing his rooms; however, staff were so amazing to support him with good strategies for settling him down.
No regret at all to choose this place to my children.

Beautiful facilities and beautiful people! Our daughter is thriving there! The moment we walked in it was so lovely and welcoming and felt like home.
