On the Mend did an absolutely amazing job of repairing my handbag! They restitched the bottom of the bag where it was coming apart, replaced the runners and entirely replaced the strap. On top of that, they gave the bag a fantastic clean and polish. I was very pleased by how affordable the prices were given the quality of their workmanship. I'll be going back to get my watch strap repaired for sure.

Went in for quote to fix handles on bags, given written ticket with quote of $80, when items were picked up was charged $120 and the owners lied saying that their tickets showed $120. I have the original ticket saying $80 for repair written by them. You can’t underquote then change the price if it’s in writing, will be contacting fair trading regarding this as it’s unreasonable for them to charge more without notice when quote was in writing.

Brought in five pairs of shoes with various issues (including two pairs of sandals worn down to the bone) and a handbag strap broken at a really awkward point. The team were super lovely and the work was top notch. Looks like I'll get years more life out of my shoes. Definitely coming back for any work in the future.

Love at first sight with On the Mend. Took in a much loved leather bag with more than 25 years on the clock, broken zips and worn lining. These artisans - who clearly care about their work - replaced the zips, reinforced the handles and repaired the lining with leather strips. Looks great, ready to hit the road again. Highly recommended.

I took my suede bag because my buckle was catching on my clothes and they did a fantastic job fixing the buckle. Excellent craftsmanship.

Amazing. The main lady in there gives fantastic customer service and is very friendly. My runner was awkwardly torn at the heel, and she fixed it so it looks as good as new. Baffling how she did it. It usually takes a week for your shoes to be ready; they are so busy because they are so good!
