On the Mend Shoe & Bag Repairs

My whole experience with Anna was wonderful! I'd recently bought a pair of Mary Jane's and had barely worn them but the sole and heel had completely worn away. Anna did a great job of a re-heel and re-sole and even touched up the areas that had been grazed. I also had a pair of shoes from The Row (Ginza flipflops) where the leather had split, Anna neatly stitched it up and reinforced it. Thank you Anna!

This lady is miracle worker. Knows her stuff inside out. People literally send stuff to get repaired from interstate or internationally. She's the repairer's repairer.

Anna rebuilt the heels of a pair of my much loved leather high heel boots, and they are so sturdy! She was busy when I booked so I had to wait a few weeks but if you can afford to wait, do. It was so worth it. Great price and she's also a lovely person on top of that.

I had my pair of tall riding boots have their zips replaced, they’d become very warped and dysfunctional. Anna was very lovely and has repaired my boots to new condition. I love them very much and pleased greatly.

I just met the owner of this shop, and, needing timely help to buff out some markings on a leather wallet, Penny's advice (as well the results she delivered) in under 5 minutes – by applying a cream and adding slight heat to my wallet was incredible. I cannot honestly recommend On The Mend high enough for customer service & quality.
