Had a cat door installed in our glass sliding door. Cheaper than what others quoted, and it is unclear if others would have been prepared to do it in any case as the glass was laminated. Thank you!

Very responsive and professional, was able to come out and inspect the glass sliding door on the day it was broken, arranged a replacement panel within a couple of days (when another company said their supplier may take up to 10 days!) and also offered to take the entire doorframe away to install the glass off-site for efficiency.

William installed a full length mirror for us in the bathroom. We were quite concerned about glueing it to the wall and he took time to explain the type of glue he used and how it would work. We also wanted to silicone the sides and he explained the pros and cons of doing that. Thanks William! Ps: We forgot to mention the bathroom was on the third floor and he didn't complain or charge extra.
