Old School BMX

1 Star is probably a bit high. Hardly anything they say is in stock is actually in stock. I even called to make sure before ordering but was lied to. Finally received order and was missing items. Contacted for refund because I couldn’t wait another 2 weeks, decided to buy from much more reliable shop. Been a couple of weeks now and still no refund on missing item. They don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. DONT SHOP HERE.

What's the point in having a phone if you never answer it!?
Also how about updating your number, also asked to order in a bike tube with my tyre and wasn't there upon pickup, really disappointed, will go somewhere else from now on

These guys are a classic example of a company happy to take your money but not following the correct procedures for returns on faulty items. I would warn anyone to look at using other online supplies as these guys are a headache with returns. Buyer BEWARE here!

Don’t rely on these guys as they are very unorganised I called them and they told me they had the stock, (which I needed in a hurry – that’s why I called them) and ordered on line, its now ten days since I ordered and they cant supply as the first order has gone missing and they don’t have the stock.

This place rocks. I have done several builds and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of these guys. Customer service excellence. Fantastic prices and top quality products.its all anyone could ask for.anyone would be mad, or stinking rich to use anyone else!

Love going to this place every time I am in Melbourne the showroom is awesome to stand and admire. Mark always looks after me on service and price weather I am in store or online from Qld. He is great for knowledge aswell. Only ever had one problem and it was resolved straight away. Been using old school bmx for 5 years. Thanks Mark and staff.

Cool bike shop with everything you need, if your after old school or new this is the place to go, and they have an awesome online store, best of all in in Australia

Mark Twarf at Oldschool Bmx is an absolute legend. Always there when I need advice on my 80s freestyle bikes.
His Bmx shop has everything an Oldschooler could need to build that childhood dream bike. There everything thing from bmx racing to freestyle. He has big brands like Se racing, Haro and lots more.
