Old School BMX

Oldschoolbmxstore are a outstanding bmx shop to buy from, I've been buying from them for many years now, they've never let me down. Great communication and the service is second to none.

They say they have stock online, I bought a heap of stuff of them for a bmx build for my child for Christmas. I never received a confirmation email, so I rang them they said they were waiting for some parts so I cancelled those parts and then I was expecting an email saying that the rest of my parts would be shipped of unfortunately the 2nd week I rang them back and then it was another part they were waiting for I said forgett it I ordered the parts that were on back order from another company that arrived in 2 days from the same location (vic) a week before I cancelled the first lot of parts (old school bmx said they had online) so after all that waste of time I have no parts wich, I will be ordering again from a different company they take your money and expect you to wait for your parts that they say they have, also no communication skills at all.

First time customer feeling very disappointed.
Website not accurate for stock levels which encourage you to place an order to find out no stock, and to make it worse no communication about this from Old School BMX until I contacted them 4 working days later.

What a incredible place, all the knowledge from the friendly staff to answer any questions. Plenty of options to suit my price range the up stairs show room is amazing and very well presented. Ample parking and easy to get to

Ordered chrome steel bmx wheels, they send me alloy wheels. Ordered 20× 2.125 tyres, they send me 20×1.75 tyres, not happy.

Fantastic service, well priced items.highly recommend going throught these guys for any bmx parts or bikes.

Ordered black and gold big ripper 8mnths ago, got told they cant get it and coerced me to take a purple big ripper instead, when i went to collect i seen some one else collecting there brand new black and gold ripper, buyer beware, they do not keep there word.

I’ll tell you this do not buy from these people they’ll have in stock on there website but then tell you it’s coming from there supplier buy from lux BMX or strictly BMX you won’t be disappointed like I have it’s been almost over a month and I’m still waiting for my shipment to come in I think you guys need to go out of business you’re plain terrible!

I've used these monkeys on and off for a while and they never stop disappointing me.if the don't screw up an order then some of it will be damaged.
And good luck trying to get your money back!
Go else where and if no one local has it buy from over seas.it will be quicker!
They lie about about stock levels the place is a joke run by the biggest clown of all.

Very slow response, I ordered an item late afternoon and then wanted to add something through next day, I received no response the item was shipped the following day.
I was told there is no existing order.

Terrible stock system. Never have what they show “IN STOCK” on their website. Waiting forever for shipping because my order only no stock for some product. Called and complain many many time but system never improve. Even the customer service is great but it did not help for this terrible order system at all. Very very disappointed.

I bought a skyway Ta 20 pro last year. It came with a flat tyre and seat undercarriage that did not fit the
"Extra cost seat" + apparently it was
"200 only" and quote: "this is not a money grab" my serial number is
#TA-288. There making thousands of them. I'm pi$$ed. Thanks.

Have been waiting for 2 months after they promised they had refunded it.
Don't waste your time or money

Nothing but good things to say emailed with a question about a part I was potentially interested in. Got a reply two days later was expecting a delay being on the west coast of North America and the time difference. Didn’t end up going that route but ordered some grips and chain tensioners for my project. Even with the added cost of shipping to Canada from Australia it was only $17 bucks and they had it shipped out the next morning for me took about 10 days but arrived yesterday. Quite happy with my items and as an added bonus they declared the wholesale cost for them items reducing any potential taxes being assessed. But thankfully Canada Post didn’t bother! Will order again for sure.

Don't respond to my emails regarding order, finally called concerning the return of the product that was a very different colour than in product photo, to which they agree to and promise to immediately send an email with con note for return and refund so I can buy another. No email sent with con note or case reference at all, call again and they now backflip and flatly refuse to send con note and change their their mind to me having to return at my own cost. Says it's my problem because I couldn't recall the first operator's name to verify! How about the first operator send me the email as promised and there wouldn't have been an issue! Inconsistent utter garbage and an unprofessional business. I haven't had to deal with this type of blatant disorganised unprofessionalism for quite some time. WTAF? ! Stay well away from these guys. Zero stars.

Have 2 orders currently goin. 1st order was placed 11th August 2020. Most of the order has been sent and is exactly what i ordered. Just waiting on more stuff from the same order. January 2021 apparently is the due date im expecting the parts. 2nd order was the 11th November. Apparently most of the stuff i odered was in stock. Am still waiting. Got 3 more orders to put in. Value of the next 3 orders is around 2k. Am waiting patiently. Stuff i got is rather nice. I just want me stuff so i can get more on order. They are quite nice over the phone and answer the phone each time i ring

Paid $120 for parts, waited 8 weeks
for delivery. Asked for refund. Now, 13 weeks, no $ returned yet. So sad
