Old Man Pho Airport West - Vietnamese Restaurant

With so many pho soups available now you would think customer service might be top priority for a business. Food is good but improve on customer service. Service with a smile an don't gossip about customers in foreign language! Some people actually understand

Poor customer service!
I nicely ask if they can do crispy pork pho.
And the lady said, No Franchise can do that for you!
She can just simply say no.

Located in the food court of the mall.
It was an easy-to-eat “Beef Pho”.
However, it took a long time to serve the food.
If you are in a hurry, we recommend ordering "Banh Mi" or "Rice Paper" dishes.

Airy restaurant. From space, decoration to bowls and chopsticks are meticulously prepared.hygienic.

You don't know how well chicken and butter go together. I tried rice paper rolls served with butter and chicken. It's taste as hell. Not so weird. Fulfilled inside makes you happy. No disappointment. Chicken is marinated and grilled. Butter is fat, fresh. Especially not bitter. Can't describe the taste but I'm addicted to this. After ordering 2 rolls, I had to order more because it was so mouth-watering.

Just 1 star is too much. Not professional Pho comparing to the another Vietnamese restaurant in St Albans. The staff keep on cutting beef the sound can hear all arond the food court. So annoying, hopefully you can find the way to cut with out sound. It is uncomfortable eating in your restaurant and it is like, your having renovation. Food not too bad.

Overpriced. $11.90 for a banh mi which wasn’t even good. The bread wasn’t crispy and they charged me $0.50 for fresh which I was happy to but when I asked if I could get a lot of chilli, the staff at the front was “it’s just $0.50 you know” and just put about 5 pieces of chilli. Never coming back here again. 1 star is for crispy pork.

First of all, it took them way to long to notice I was waiting to be served as they were too busy chatting with each other not doing anything, and second of all do NOT by the noodle salads because the one I just brought half the noodles were doused in chilli sauce (to which I didn't even know was in there until I took a bite) and the "salad" was dry! The chicken was good but other than that everything else.not worth the $14.50 I played that's for sure

WORST BEEF PHO - do not go here. Let the staff know as feedback only (we did not ask for a refund). They did not care.
Beef was thick and tasteless and bad texture and the broth was tasteless. Off pho for a very long time.

I always enjoy the food from OMP Airport West. Food delicious, hot and enough. Authentic combination and can compare with best I've had in Vietnam. Staff are very courteous, friendly and obliging. My Vietnamese daughter in law thinks it's one of the best outside Vietnam. Staff are not obliged to serve you at the tables as it is an open cafe, takeaway type arrangement but they often do which is a bonus. And takeaway is carefully packed for ease of transport. So all in all a 5 star from me.

Fast service and friendly staff. 4 stars because i didn't find the consistency in tate, sometimes really good sometimes average.

If you order the beef pho, just expect to get pieces of fat instead of actual meat in the pho. I’ve ordered this pho countless times as the broth itself has a good taste, but the meat is extremely disappointing

Best service, best taste, easily the best chicken roll I've ever had. And I've had like a million.

Pho was good, but it didn't stay hot long enough to enjoy all of it.

Food is good, decent size for the price we pay and lots of option but the service is not soo good and that’s the reason I gave 4 stars.

It was worst experience I have the soup was sour have weird taste to it there was no service until I called out and three worker stand right in front of me. Then I order beef pho I didn't know there was beef brisket in it then I asked can I get brisket in it then the manager then take a deep breath than blow out, how rude some people I won't b back. Good luck to this place.

Rude staff specially the man’ we order 4 sets of pho soup and they said no vegetable available, soup is Luke warm not hot

Appalling service! Twice ive gone there to get lunch during lunch time 12-12.30, but no one there will serve you? Just 4 ladies in the back playing cards that have all decided to take a break at the same time together during the lunch rush hour.what the?
