Okra Restaurant

I was there on 27/05/2022. OMG it was the worst experienced in my life. I never gave any negative feedback to any restaurant before. But it was worst.we ordered chicken curry, goat curry and calamari something.goat curry was tasteless dry and i think it was cooked couple of days before, chicken also same.calamari was OK.never go again there.waste of money and time.

The food has always been consistent here. The Mee Goreng and Roti is authentic and excellent. What really makes this place is Freddie. A great host and very welcoming.

Unfortunately, there were eggshells in my Pad Thai. The Tom Yum soup is alright, however not worth the price tag.

Excellent service. Freddie goes above and beyond to ensure the customers are happy. The satay is excellent and the Hawkers lunch on Sunday has great laksa, prawn noodles, popiah, nasi lemak. Have been eating at Okra since 1999 and have always found the food and service excellent

Horrible experience with the food considering the price and portion sizes and the customer service esp that waitress.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The waitress, Pauline was extremely rude and unapproachable. We had to request two waiters for forks at least 4 times before we got them. The main meals took over an hour to be served which is why we chose to leave after our entrees and drinks. People who had arrived after us were receiving their main meals before us. Upon letting the waitress know about why we were leaving there was no apology given or ownership taken about the delay. Will not be coming back and would not recommend.
