Okami (Niddrie) - Japanese All You Can Eat

I really loved this place and the only reason why it didn't receive 5 stars was because it was very noisy. The food and service was really good.

There last night. Incredibly noisy, like most modern eateries nowadays. Food was just okay. Some dishes underdone, others well over. Calamari in particular was rubbery and overcooked. It should never have left the kitchen. My mixed spirit arrived with three wafer thin ice "cubes" that quickly melted away. Each time food arrived it was crudely dropped onto table without finesse or care by wait staff who were in a rush to drop off their dishes. This is not high end dining, more like a Japanese version of McDonalds.

Fantastic the food is so fresh with so much variety, and the staff are always smiling and so helpful. It reminds me of being over seas. Value for money is great. Everyone should give it a try. You will then definitely go back again.highly recommended

We have regularly been getting takeaway here since it opened last year during covid lockdown. It is great value and we love the taste. We normally get the sushi sashimi platter and the miso pork katsu which is super delicious. Also whenever we call to order the time from then to pickup is pretty quick. Hopefully we can get to dine in soon as whenever we planned to go it is either fully booked or lockdown again. Last lockdown we got the deluxe set and it was ALOT of food.
Its good to have a great Japanese place near us as the others i Keilor Rd seem to have fallen off the mark.

This is an all you can eat restaurant, pay per head and order anything on the menu as many times as you like! Its also well priced. The food is amazing and service is efficient! What a great experience. I would highly recommend a visit. I will definately go back. The only downfall is it's very loud! But otherwise a great place to visit.

Awesome food, tip order a few dishes at once as can be a little time in between serves, $34.95 all you can eat. Not allowed to take food home

Food was okay, but be careful if you have any food allergies, my friend ended up really sick because three different staff members told her it was gluten free and it was not. The staff need to better understand dietary requirements and allergies
