Quick service for pickup and food was fresh and delicious, definately coming back for the sit-in experience

I would recommend it to anyone, the staff are friendly and do a great job, food was excellent and didn't have to wait long for it, thanks to all the staff you do a good job guys.

I love the food. But the staff acts weird when it comes to payment. One of them took the card to insert it by themselves from my hand. I found it weird. They shouldn’t do that. Also, before me someone want to split the payment half cash and half card, they made a big deal about it. Not sure why they have too much issues with payments.

Pretty good value for money. We went on a fairly busy night. Service was OK but felt like staff would not want to make eye contact with you. We have to re order a few things as they would never come (I think we ordered the suspension 3 times before it came asked for bottled water about 4 times and it never came. Might be worth trying if not so busy next time

We love going to Okami, we went to the one in Epping for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh and tasty, the service was very good and it was an all round great experience! Definitely will be back soon!

I've been to a few different okami's the food is always good. But the service tonight at the epping venue was appalling. It was a table of 6, got there a little after 7.45 which is the 2nd session. We didn't finish until nearly 10pm. We were patient people I feel we weren't rude but it took a long time for food to come out. It wasn't super busy, and people around us were getting food. We had so money things left to go and one waitress came up and asked if everything was okay, she had to reorder the missing items. At one point another waitress tried to take our plate while we were still waiting. It was pretty bad. Whether there was a communication issue or something similar no one checked on us when we were clearly waiting on stuff. Coz it took so long to get our food some staff were giving us greasies because they couldn't clean the table. Honestly I'd rather go to a different venue the have to stay at this one for a 2 hour meal again

The experience was amazing. One price, eat everything until you can’t eat no more. Quality of food was okay, wouldn’t say the best. But for the hungry, it is amazing.

Food was late coming out. They stuffed up all our orders all night (14ppl) we received our entree"s at the end of the night when we were already full. Another time there they brought out wrong orders, doubled on others etc. Will NOT be going there ever again!

The service was horrible, we only managed to order food 3 times through out the night, the 1st time some items didn't come out so we reordered them the 2nd time then only a couple of things come out then when we finally said we were still waiting on a fair bit of food it was getting late, the whole while we were getting some plates taken away not once were we asked if we were ok.we had to ask for a bottle of water for the table 3 times

its a sad night when you have to stop in at McDonalds on the way home after you just went to "all you can eat".

Okami has amazing food there is no denying that, the only problem is the wait times. We had a party of 6 and it was a slower night but we had a ridiculous wait time for our food. We didn't receive all the food we ordered and the wait staff were unprofessional. I will admit there were a couple of diamonds in the rough but the main servers honestly looked like we, the customers, were a nuisance which turned us off of our experience.
Food missing, unordered drinks delivered to us, an unprofessional feel and long wait times disappointed us. I wouldn't eat at this location again
