Okami (Greensborough) - Japanese All You Can Eat

I am not happy with the service, the employees are not very rude, we went a group of 6 and two arrived late, didn't seat them at the table saying they wouldn't have time to eat everything but the table after us remained free until the restaurant closed, I will never go to this restaurant again

We popped in for dinner last night. The staff are lovely and friendly. The drinks were cold and crisp. The spring rolls were delicious.
It was all downhill after that. We ordered off the all you can eat menu. The 6 other dishes we ordered were tasteless, dry and cooked in (what tasted like) old oil.
A waste of of $100.

Went there to pick up an uber eats delivery order. One of the staff member kept on saying 2-3 minutes wait whenever i asked him that how long will it take. They made me wait 15 min and then another staff member came and said that i have to wait more 15-20 min.

If you guys are busy then let the driver know straight away so that he can cancel the order rather than lie to him and waste his time for nothing.got paid nothing for waiting 15 min because of their staff.

The food is good. However the service when ordering the food is not great. The person was impatient, rude and abrupt.

Always have a good time here. With a large group ordering a lot of dishes at once, they are quick and efficient in getting your orders out to you. Food quality is good, not the best, but for all you can eat it is satisfying.

I was very skeptical of all you can eat and thought the quality would be sub par. I was very wrong! The dishes were delicious! Not my last visit.

Went there yesterday with a co worker before finishing my business trip in Melbourne. Super friendly staff, food is superior compare to similar type of restaurant in Adelaide. However, I am still disappointed by not given tuna nigiri on both plates of nigiri/sashimi platter even its available! While the Aussies next table get them! Otherwise I would give five star review.

If you genuinely appreciate Japanese food, this is not the place to be. I only liked the takoyaki and the green tea icecream. The rest of the menu tastes exactly the same.

All you can eat restaurant with all dishes cooked to order. Food was great and service was brilliant. Looking forward to going again

Delicious food, lots of different choices. All you can eat option when open for dining is a great way to try a little bit of everything. Staff are always friendly, looking forward to my next dinner here.

Okami is hands down, no contest, the greatest when it comes to all you can eat along with exceptional service.

If you are looking for the best, consistently good food to feed the whole crew this is it, look no further!

I want to give them 6 stars out of 5 however the current rating system will not allow me to do it and they surely deserve it, thank you so much for a fantastic experience once again!

One of the best restaurants in Greensborough! The food is outstanding and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. We had a fantastic night and will be back again. Highly recommended.

One of our favourite family places. All you can eat is great. Staff are pleasant and food is good and very fast, even when they're packed.

The staff are really friendly and polite, even though it seems to be nonstop in the restaurant.
The meal (I got the Deluxe Set) was very good, great variety and well prepared and presented, especially given it was a takeaway which I'm sure is a little more challenging to present.
This is the second time I've got takeaway from Okami and I'll definitely be going back there again when I'm down that way.

Didn't make miso happy.
Got the $70 banquet that is kind of like their buffet. Honestly I thought it was quite underwhelming.
Was disappointed in how many plastic containers were involved, firstly for the environment, secondly all the crispy stuff was soft and slightly wet when we got home.
Also did not include any dessert, for the same price, the buffet is much better value.

It was surprisingly good. Staff and the food service quick was lovely thanks for making mums birthday dinner awesome

Good service, friendly and quick, the food is quite good without being amazing. Choose your plates carefully and you'll be very happy

My experience at okami was AMAZING the service the food the seating all amazing there staff where so nice funny and sweet! They welcome you in oh and the time for our food to come after we ordered our first dish it came in about 25 seconds and it kept staying like that! I will 100% be coming back soon

Tempura tastes awesome! I could say it’s the best tempura I’ve ever tried in Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Nice selection of food.its an interesting twist to "all you can eat".
Entrees and mains decent proportions strategically for 2 people so as not to waste food. Every dish was tastey, except the satay chicken.not a fan of the texture.
Would go again.
