Well maintained gear, reasonably priced and more than likely available. The only 3 things a media practitioner is after from their preferred media house. Throw in some sound advise on top of that and that's why I prefer Offshoot at the moment

Top quality gear with well considered kits and extras. Staff went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed for the shoot including testing an untried audio solution and giving a thorough run through of the camera operation and setting up custom settings.

Really decent guys, very friendly, very professional. We flew from the UK to Melbourne placing our entire shoots production requirments in their hands. Totally worked for us.

I've used these guys for years. They have always had super friendly customer service, a great selection of gear and very reasonable rates/conditions.

Best of all, once you've used them a couple times, and provided you always do the right thing, you only need show them your photo ID upon pick up.

Parking can be a pain as it's 50m from Brunswick ST.

No empathy or understanding of a difficult situation with a late return of gear - sought to straight out stick to "policy" and going for the $, after a matter of minutes past return time. Not good long term business.

Offshoot is the best! Friendly and professional staff, gear is up to date and in great condition. Will be going here every time from now on!

Love the show but cant stand to see Ben wipe his hands of 'raw meat' on his 't-towel' and then touch everything there after.
I know it's television but it makes me feel sick to see it and hard to appreciate what a good show I know it is.
