Our family has ordered take away a number of times from this restaurant- and it is consistently excellent quality and totally delicious. These are people who take great care in ensuring that every experience, from coffee to cannoli and everything in between, is first rate. You will never be disappointed in Officine Zero - it’s our number one!

The customer service was perfect! We had placed an order online for pickup, but once we got home we realised they had not given us the right meal (only 1 pasta dish instead of 2). I gave them a call and they knew right away and immediately offered to deliver the correct meal to me. They said they could be at my place at 7.55pm with the food and they were right on time! They also threw in some complimentary cannelloni as a gesture of apologies for the mixup which we were not expecting at all!
The food itself was delicious! The pasta dishes (rigatoni and papardelle) were very well seasoned and the perfect amount. We also had the caprese salad which was very fresh with the tomatoes still having a good bite to them, and the calamari which would be one of the best deep fried calamari I’ve had (they use a very light tempura like batter).
This was my first experience with them and although the order got mixed up, the way they rectified it and the quality of the food will definitely have us returning.

Very nice late afternoon, me and my friends went for a glass of wine, really nice Pinot Grigio. The pasta was delicious.

We sat at their court yard, nice and cozy! We really had a great time!

One of my favourite cafes in Melbourne, hands down. It has gone from strength to strength since I first started going there in 2014. Amazing service, always vibrant with laughter, chatter and italian music and lovely smiles at the door. You can never go wrong with the classic duo of a caprese panini and piccolo. Great pasta, drinks and of course.dessert! If you're looking for an authentic italian cafe, look no further! - Amazing
