Some of the staff at the checkout counter need training. If I could read her mind it would be: Take your stuff and don't come back.

I had been to 3 different stores in 1 day to get a simple task done, when i arrived here i was expecting to have to find another store.
When i spoke with Monique in the printing section she sorted out my request without any problems, afterwards i went looking for a laminating machine and laminating sheets and i meet Alexander, who had a good knowledge of the products i was looking for, he helped me select the perfect product for what i was after and helped me to the checkout where i meet Jai who helped me take my products to the car.

The sevice from this team at Officeworks Vermont south was unbelievable, they were friendly and willing to help above and beyond what their jobs require, i was without a doubt a very satisfied custom and i will continue to shop at this store from now on. No officeworks has had my loyalty as a customer until now.

I didn't realise that being in Lockdown 5.0 meant not answering the phone to take enquiries. Poor customer service which deserves less than 1 Star!

Every experience do have had really poor customer service…and they simply never seem to answer the phones.

Recently I wanted to buy a HomePod but the website said limited stock. Decided to try calling to confirm stock and spent 15minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, which they never did. After many attempts to get through to someone on the phone I eventually gave up and just went to the store.

Thankfully there was one left, but overall the staff were very unfriendly.

Officework have a great service! You can buy all the stationary in this store and the stuff is super friendly! It also can print if you are using a USB!

The girl at the printing counter tonight (18/1/21) around 7: 15 was amazing! I had forgotten my phone and purse and couldn't pay for my print, she helped us out and we are so grateful! Amazing customer service!

The lady at the printers was lazy stating photocopying a 80page black and white book would take a week to do.very inefficient and lethargic.very disappointed

We went to Officeworks Vermont South today and did some shopping and then came to the registers to pay. There were 2 staff members at the counter, one was on the phone and the other was painting something with children charity, both saw us waiting on the queue but ignored even after we yelled if somebody is serving. Then, when I again asked loudly, there was a guy came from elsewhere (amandeep) and scanned our goods and put the transaction through eftpos. He then left us alone, we noticed once the payment was processed in the machine we saw he is no longer at the register. What a ridiculous service, never seen before. Date and time: 06/01/2021 18: 33

Just had an excellent experience here. I needed moving boxes quickly due to the house I am currently living in having a drastic mould problem. They fast tracked my order, made it happen within 10 minutes, and were incredibly helpful along the way. Very happy customer!

Pulled up to OfficeWorks and was greeted at the door, they turned us away due to covid restrictions (fair enough) and told us to place an order online. So we create an account and place an order for 2 monitors that we need for work.
They didn't mention that we would not be able to collect today, or even tomorrow. We don't live in the area and now we have to either cancel the order or have our pick up location changed. Staff were standoffish and unhelpful at the door.
Guess we'll have to cancel the order and sort something else out, thanks for nothing!

Very knowledgeable and affable Callum and another guy helped seleect monitor- cable and couple of other things. Will definitely recommend.

So I bought a fitbit charge 3 from here for a great price but it stopped working after a month so I went to replace it and got a inspire hr which also didn't work. I went back the next day to get a refund but I didn't have my receipt and the guy, Min, at the counter was super understanding and found my purchase on the system and was able to get me my full refund. Him and the other guy Petros were very kind and I'm very thankful for their great service!

Pay close attention to stock levels on the website. Officeworks often look like they stock products, but they never carry them in store #timewasters

I bought my office desk, chair and drawer and included delivery as well. The office manager promised around 10am next day the delivery man will arrive. But I waited the next day for a few hours when the delivery man did not show up, i tried to call their Vermont south office and no one answers the call. Finally three hours later, managed to get through, a lady officer on the phone, very rude and never apology and upon checking said the items still not picked up by the deliveryman yet.she promised to deliver around 3 pm but Later only turn up at 4: 30 pm. Wasted my whole day. Then the worse thing is the drawer pedestal was severely damaged, bottom part was falling off. So I called and they asked me to bring it back myself for a replacement. So the next day I brought it back, pretty heavy at 29 Kg, but they told me there’s no replacement unit. They asked me to drive all the way to Glen Waverley branch to pick up a replacement there. I was disgusted and disappointed by the whole experience. Bad service, lack of customer service and rude staff. Not recommended for future business dealings.

The print shop service is a shocker. There is rarely enough staff to attend to you but somehow make the effort to say hello when you enter the store. From there on you are on your own. The best time to go there is early in the morning. During the day expect to have to wait for 20 minutes to get served in their print shop area.

The lovely lady called Janelle was very helpful.
But the other staffs from printing department are rude

Almost every time I come to this Officeworks I have had a good experience. Absolute different experience than the Glen Waverley store and most other Officework stores. Being next to a Bunnings means you can get all your home stuff done as an added bonus.

Inexperienced Staff with no proper knowledge and a complete waste of time. Worst customer service please dont waste your time and money here they dont deserve it. Even i was shocked seeing so many negative reviews but now I have personally experienced it and they dont even deserve one star.
