Worst Customer service. Today I went there to print some photos. The computer was not responding and had to wait for 30 mins to get help. When I approached the person, they sent me to another department to get help. Upon approaching the other department, they asked me to wait in the line where 30 odd customers are waiting to purchase something. And I get yelled by their employee when I tried to explain my problem. Worst place ever. I will never go back to Officeworks on Elizabeth street

Ok but a really disappointing range of paper for printing. Wouldn't recommend. Go to bunnings instead.

4pm and 17 people are currently lining up to get notes printed and bound. Only two people working at the desk (as quickly as possible) Understaffing in the extreme.what a joke!

Very bad customer service. Of course not everyone. But this white lady (sorry not being a racist) ~I regret not noticing her name coz I just wanted the transaction to be over ASAP and leave. At 4: 23 she (one with glasses) was at the counter (standing in the middle of 2 other staff). I was treated like as if I was getting a free goodie. I was exchanging a power bank (cosmol) coz I had paid for an extra cover when I had purchased my first powerbank. I remained calm the whole time she was being rude and overpowering. She needs to be trained with prope customer service etiquette, at least how to speak politely. I wish I never be served by her next time I go there coz I have also brought a headphone with an extra cover. Gosh these rude people really do test my patience.

HARASSED BY SECURITY GUARD. (Werribee store)
1. Security guard tells my son to empty his pockets.
2.then tells my son that he also didn't pay for the photo copies that my son was holding in his hand.
3. Tells me (I'm the father) that I couldn't leave unless I empty my pockets too.
4. Tells me he is going to take me out!
5. He pats me down without consent. How degrading!
6. Tells me I can go now

First of all, I was surprised there was a security guard at office works, but anyway, my son had to print something for uni. I was with him and we went straight to the printers. He printed his stuff with his office works card which had credit on it. After that, as we were walking towards the exit, we noticed a security guard following us. We then stopped, then he stopped. We walked again and he then followed again. We were thinking what is going on. When we got to the exit we were confronted with another security guard. The big guard blocked our exit and said to my son, "empty your pockets, ". My son said nothing as he was in shock. I was standing next to him. Then the security guard said" you didn't pay for the printouts that he was holding". Then he told me, (the father), that I could not leave the store unless i empty my pockets too. I told him well, call the police cause I am not emptying my pockets. He then told me to call the police on myself! He then said he would "take me out" (what does that mean?) and then he decided to pat me down without my consent. He found nothing, and said we could leave now. I refused to leave now, after feeling violated. The manager came, saw that i was extremely upset and said, you can go now.
No apologies or anything. Wow, what an experience.

Excellent one stop shop for all office supplies. The time saving and convenience provided by the printing and copying department are well worth the fees.
