Very bad experience price beating. Refused to match a SIM card deal because expiry date is not listed on competitor website (expiry date has to be exactly the same for the SIM cards…what a joke of a reason). Asked whether he could try and was hit with “oh so do you want to speak to my manager” as if I was being difficult. I price beat the same deal over the phone afterwards no issues, wasted myself 20 minutes talking to the bloke in this store that does not seem to know or understand their own policy.
Extremely slow service. Not many front staff to assist the customers. Had to wait 15 mins to get a copy of the print. Only one staff member at the front counter while the other just watch you wait and do nothing.
Don't bother buying a new iPhone on release date because of so called time and embargo not only it's a waste of time and they didn't have the right specs as I would have moved on to another store if the staff member told me sooner.
The staff are really knowledgeable and are always more than happy to help answer any queries I have.
I really appreciated the help I received last time I visited as I needed a specific USB cable and couldn't work out which one I needed when searching online.
Tip: ask a staff member where things are located because the split level store layout is slightly confusing

I bought the Apple Pencil at the Bourke Street branch 5 days ago and when I got home I realized I had bought the wrong generation.
I called and asked about refund and they said CANNOT REFUND because I opened it.
I opened it but never used and also I still have full package with a receipt.
I said that the Apple Store refunds are possible within 14 days even if it opened, but he said that 'We do not follow the Apple Store policy and only refund unopened item within 30 days. '
Eventually, I called the Elizabeth branch and explained the situation, and they said that
opened items can also be refunded.
So I got a refund from the Elizabeth St branch.
If I hadn't tried calling the other branch I wouldn't have known if a refund was possible.

Small but quality selection of notebooks, good range of everything else, well laid out, stationery upstairs, tech downstairs. Neat and clean, easy to find everything.
I do all my printing here. Hans is amazing, super patient and helpful. Always hope she's working when I go in
Let's just remove your Pay & Collection counter, why should I must spend extra time just to wait your staffs serve other customers who do the printing? What’s the meaning here, with setting a collection counter separately? Guess who’s the joker here? 2 staffs serve in 3 counters and ask me to give to customers waiting in printing queue. I JUST COME HERE TO PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER. And rude staffs rather ignore me than come up to help. The worst service I have ever had. This store even isn’t worth 1 star.
I witnessed the best customer service experience in this store. Shout out to Jordan and Marco for helping me to figure out the right product.

I spend an hour trying to get photos printed and in the end the machines stop working. The next day I go to the south Melbourne store, I walked 40 mins to this store in the boiling heat to get some photos printed for Christmas. I get there and they tell me that their printer machines aren't working. So please save your time and go some place else to print digital photos. Office works don't have the expertise nor professionalism to print digital photos. They don't even update their website nor place a sign.
Fantastic service by the girl at the photo desk! I was initially disappointed when I came a previous occasion because the queue was long and not moving fast. But today I attended and the queue was moving well. The female staff were fantastic, especially the one that served me and took my photo. She was amicable and made my visit a pleasure. I got my photo done and a bonus set for free because their printer was malfunctioning! She mentioned that luckily she had got the computer working when she had to replace the keyboard earlier - impressed with her ability to get the job done, and the service.
Unlike my bad experience at Officeworks QV, staff did not accost me at the entrance demanding I mask my face or present a vaccination certificate. Don't go to QV Officeworks until all staff have been retrained or replaced. Go to Elizabeth Officeworks for sure.
DO NOT PRINT PHOTOS HERE!
If you do, use the middle kiosk located near the far wall but keep it mind it doesn’t have a cord to connect your iPhone. You will need your photos on a usb. Their photo printing app does not work.
Took almost an hour due to a faulty kiosk.
However, their service is wonderful & lovely and the only reason I left with my 1 photo. The staff member (Aleesha) was very apologetic, patient, accomodating & the only reason I left with my sanity.

I wouldn't have given even a 1 star for the worst customer service that this store has especially the guy in technology department.just wants to serve customers wanting to spend huge amounts and there to make commissions.your needs are totally ignored if you want to buy something of a small amount.don't use this store.
Hannah was so amazing and helpful! Needed to print something urgently and she sorted it out as quickly as she could.:)
I been in the shop in many years and I visit today but Hans the girl in the Printing Area so rough they are just chatting with fellow staff about facial products when I send my docs she said go in the front of the store and resend, then I come back then she didn’t see in the email then she said refresh you phone and do it again…she is too bossy.
Unfortunately, there were terrible rude staff at the printing desk. Go to the Bourke St Officeworks for much faster turnaround and lovely staff.
We have been to this Officeworks a few times to photocopying and printing as well as sundry office supplies and computer desktop drives. The store layout isn't the best however the photocopying facilities are excellent. While this is nearly always a fairly busy store, we have always found the staff to be very friendly and responsive. Their knowledge on and the location of products is also impressive. Highly recommended.
I print 50 flyer one week ago and I thought it would take a week to arrive, but it finally took a month
