Officeworks Bendigo

We needed some laminating done & a young girl (Abby) couldn’t do enough for us last Saturday morning.
The service was excellent & over & beyond what was expected.
We’ll be back!

Christmas is under a week away and the que to the front was long with everyone wanting prints done. The employees were working so hard going from prints to serving. I don't think I heard their photo printer stop. I was missing a few photos from my online order for pick up.the lady behind the desk did an amazing job looking for it. Unfortunately none of the missing photos actually printed. I thought I brought my USB but didn't; Lucky the lady had the file saved for me (from my online order) this saved me a trip back to my home. Thank you so much guys!

Super impressed and pleasantly surprised with the exceptional customer service I received today. Places a click & collect order, product was ready promptly. When I picked it a staff member walked it out to the car & helped me load the car.

Purchased a couple desks and office chairs as well as various other supplies for our home office, staff were very helpful. Car park can be a pain during busy periods but overall a great store.

Never answer phones. If they do eventually they are rude and unhelpful.
If you go in, staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Almost avoid serving you.
Almost like you are a bother being in there

Very helpful and courteous staff. I had an urgent order that I wanted to collect ASAP and they went above and beyond to get it ready. Very happy with the result and the way it was handled.

Not always the greatest products or knowledge, but their staff and policies mean you're never out of pocket. A solid establishment that stand behind their promises.

I just wanted to say the staff on the 30.04.2019 were just so nice, helpful, and attentive.its a real credit to you all.

Very helpful staff. But the in store free internet does not work.
Good car park. They even give you the $2 fee back if you make a purchase.

Was running out of time so I ordered what I needed online via Clink n collect option.
All my items are ready and it only took 30mins.
Unbelievable service & super easy.
This last minute Mum has her child school ready.

The outside of it makes it look quite scummy. But it’s secure and got a large range of products and zippay is used now.

Staff are helpful when you ask. Some staff don’t know how to conduct themselves while customers are around and seem unaware of our presence at times.

Went to buy an item off the shelf. Took the display box to the counter they frigged around for 10 mins trying to find it and came back and said we don't have it in stock. Why would you have display boxes on the shelf when it's not in stock. Extremely poor in my opinion. Ended up buying elsewhere online so they lost a sale.

Very poor management skills by Colin. Questioned about price matching and they wanted to add postage to price before beating it by 5%. I tried to explain their policy was for the product and not postage. I stated that I could easily go to the other store, which I drive past each day, He didn’t want to listen. I told him I didn’t want to argue, but I just didn’t understand the reason for including postage, and he said that I was arguing. I then said let’s finish this discussion now but he arrogantly spoke over the top off me and told me to go to the other store and get it, in an intimidating tone. What’s the use of price beating if you don’t actually provide it and tell you customers to shop elsewhere? I then went to speak again and I was immediately told not to argue. Not supervising others have commented about Colin’s poor behaviour on here.
The short dumpy thing at the register was no better either. No customer service skills at all.

Collin the Store Manager is extremely Arrogant, Intimidating and unprofessional to customers. He has been a showing a very irritable Demeanour and being a nuisance to our staff members every time they have gone to office works Bendigo to pick up am online order for our medical centre. This kind of personality may suit to work in a butchery or a similar work place rather than a nation wide chain. He would have a very negative and scarring impact on Office works reputation. Shame on yaa

Hi Michael. Your gripe seems pretty feeble. Let me expand.
1. Always obtain a name. I'm sure they identified themselves when they called you. 2. You obviously drove 4 hrs previously at a cost of $70 so you could afford it. 3. I can travel four hrs in my car (8L/100km) for $40. Are you driving a Sherman tank? And 5. In any direction well under 2 hrs from Bendigo you can get prints done. Melbourne, Ballarat, Maryborough, Ararat, Echuca, Kerang, Shepparton, Seymour etc. If you choose to be inefficient, don't blame others.

Very poor service. Was told to pick up I store by staff a photo print two days ago. When presented staff made out my fault, said no online order always takes longer.said I was told by a team member. They could not help. Driven 2hr to bendigo now 2 hrs Home. Was going to get a 100 gift voucher but the trip has now cost me $70 and will cost me that again on return. Obviously lack of education to staff. Very poor and not caring of rural communities.
