Competition is either hard sell or they ignore you. Staff in Bendigo are knowledgeable, well mannered and helpful.

I decided to upgrade some software and buy an external hard-drive too. Both of these purchases I made at Officeworks. I purchased the software online ‘click and collect’ thinking I might be able to download it straight away, which I wasn’t able to. A couple of phone calls were required here then it was quickly sorted. The second purchase I went into the store. I found the staff all very friendly and helpful. The other thing I found, was that Officework's prices were better than some other well-known stores too. Well done to the team!

A old lady that works there was verbally abusing my five year old sister for testing out markers, me and my mum were very mad, reading all the comments clearly the older staff isn’t very nice to customers

I rang this store to find a printer cartridge. Unfortunately there were difficulties in being heard st first as the connection was bad. When I got through the female I spoke to was very unsure of how to find out which cartridges they had. She finally handed my call to someone else who brusquely told me they were putting me through to 'tech'. The phone rang and rang for 15 minutes. In the end I hung up. No good enough.

As usual, the staff are always very helpful and polite and their prices are reasonable for electronics and such. Not only that, the range of products they have is great and yes, the staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Really love going to this place cause on the way out I can get a soft drink with the money I saved lol

Very poor customer service they just ignore your phone calls. And the calls wernt even at a busy time for the store. Just totaly lazy and poor customer service i think.

Went and purchased 2 black filing cabinets on the spur of the moment was in and out in 10 minutes middleaged store man was most helpful and quick well done

Got the best service in any Officeworks I’ve stepped foot in! The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Best Officeworks ever!

I ordered online for click and collect. Item paid for immediately. It then shows avail to collect. 4 days later. NOT acceptable. If it's not in stock YOU should call the customer to let them know, I would have just got this item elsewhere on same day.

I don’t normally use the photo kiosk for printing an iD directly from my iphone. I am greatly appreciated the assistance I got from their staff Tracy. She’s so helpful and pleasant in dealing with my issues. Kudos to her for her help. Your customer service is excellent and greatly appreciated ️

Was absolutely lost and looking for something for school and a lovely young man (Sam) came up and went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. What absolutely lovely service would definitely recommend shopping here for all your back to school needs!

I always find the staff here fantastic. I had something printed today and the girl (Abbey) that served me went out of her way to print something for me, and was very courteous and professional.

Very poor, outdated self serve printing and copy station. Always out of service or not working properly. Tech.staff are awesome. Not much to be said for the manager and counter staff who are very regularly lazy and rude and not all that interested in being proffessional. Good customer service is not their priority. Also they are playing their customers for fools when selling exactly the same clocks for $25 that Kmart has for $10.

A girl by the name of Zoe assisted me in finding the perfect books for my granddaughter, she was very pleased with the selection. Thank you to Zoe for helping me.

Great store, but terrible senior staff members. Countless occasions I've witnessed brutal verbal bashing of customers including myself. Highly aggressive when things don't go their way. Over the years I've watched so many younger staff come and go, proof is in the pudding I'd say

Went to print some photos from my phone on the officeworks computer/printers (which always is a pain at any OW) after 45 mins I decide to ask an employee for assistance, I was met with very blunt and rude workers who didn’t offer to help. Since when do they only print documents from behind the counter? On top of all that I had to pay for parking and left empty handed.

Rude staff, had absolutely no interest in helping. Very poor laptop selection all lower end nothing over $1500 in value.
