Really great service, Emily was amazing as she had thoroughly explained the piercing process. She also made me feel very comfortable, would highly recommend! Thank you so very much Emily for making me feel so comfortable in getting my navel pierced.

I will always go here for my piercings, they provide amazing services and most of all, all their workers are the most purest people. When you walk in the door you are guaranteed a warm welcoming and polite comforting conversation while you wait. They are always free if you have any questions and I've never had a problem with their work before. Would 100% recommend

I have visited the store a couple times this year after getting nose piercing.

I was served twice by a female worker who was such a polite, well mannered staff member, very helpful and made me feel comfortable.

Although I quite enjoyed visiting Off Ya Tree, I was “served” by another female worker recently who could NOT have been more rude and made me want to leave the store immediately.

Her accusatory tone shocked me as she did not believe that my jewellery was bought from this store previously although I told her. Was not pleasant, and I will not go into this store if I see her again.

NOT a happy customer.

They have good clothing range and a good place to get a piercing. Good range of ear rings and grinders.

Rang three times trying to find out if there was a piercer in today ($5 piercing promo) and no answer. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. So unprofessional. Answer your phones!

Amazing store, employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable I’ve had majority of my piercings here and can’t say I have had a problem, they have also fixed my piercings that other stores have done wrong, would highly recommend.

Well I wanted to get a piercing done and I was just questioning since the piercer wasn’t available and the employee was very rude and disrespectful she was also forcing me to buy something I didn’t want

Will never go to off ya tree ever again for a piercing. Got my second nose piercing there and have only had trouble with it since, can’t even remove the jewellery without it being to painful.
