Off Ya Tree

Was very difficult to get in contact with anybody from the store. My mother and I have tried calling many time but not once were our calls received. It took weeks to be able to come in for my nose piercing as they were closed for some time even after we had paid for the booking. There was no way to refund the money during that waiting period.
When i came into the store the staff were friendly and very patient, although the booking and refunding process was soo long, it didnt seem like either of them knew what they were doing. And once it was sorted out they just left me standing there with no answers?
Anyway, the actual piercing was great! I loved my piercer, they were super considerate and talked me through it all.
The piercing has been healing fantastically thus far and I'm very happy with it. Its the customer service that could do with some improving.

The person with the black hair isn’t nice at all and talks to you rude when you ask about if they have any piercers in or to try and book one

I haven't had a good experience here in quite some time since the new staff took over chick with black hairs always rude never wants to help and the store never seems to have stock of the piercings you want to get not to mention they don't even know how to do certain piercings or even seem keen to learn how to do it really gone down hill since Brooke and Anne left won't be coming back over the attitude problem the store seems to have.

They were great today! The piercer I think was called Ahnna? Couple of face piercings pink hair anyway she was AMAZING! So thorough and very pleasant highly recommend! Great customer service!

Both people working were really nice, piercer explained in good detail and prepared me for the needle & the pad underneath to catch it. Absolutely 10/10

Such incredibly unkind and unhelpful staff members. The woman I spoke to had no interest in assisting me and was very condescending in response to my questions. I will not be returning to this store or recommending it to anyone.

Not a pleasant experience at all! The girl with the dark hair that has clearly upset many customers looking at the reviews treated us like dirt on Tuesday. I was furious as she made it clear she did not want to help us nor be disturbed whilst clearly ignoring us waiting to speak to someone. She was extremely rude and to make matters worse it was my young cousins birthday. Way to go! Upon returning I heard a group of teens being spoken to no different to us. Something needs to be done, it’s unacceptable.
5 stars to the lady with the Pink hair though, very friendly and down to earth, made us feel very comfortable in trusting her with the piercing.

Never go out of my way to write bad reviews but the lady with the dark hair (I believe the piercer) always looks miserable and is so rude every time I go in and not helpful at all, makes me feel uncomfortable everytime I go in there. Won’t be coming back to this store, thought I would give another few chances as maybe she was just having a bad day but it’s always the same!

Great staff, friendly, informative, experienced piercers and jewellery. Great specials and selection of piercing jewellery.
Piercer is great, funny, down to earth and makes you feel at ease while piercing explaining what's going to be done but also during the procedure letting you know what she's doing and she needs you to do eg breathe. Also includes cleaning solution.
I WOULD NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE TO BE PIERCED, PROFESSIONALLY DONE WITH STERILIZED SURGICAL EQUIPMENT PRE-WRAPED, SURGICAL NEEDLES SUITABLE FOR ALL PIERCINGS.
Please note that the needle piercings do not hurt, depending on position, as they are sharp and not blunt like the so called piercing gun which is not recommended due to blunt jewelry used to pierce skin. Also easy to get infected and swollen, these guns are not to be used on anything except maybe a painful earlobe.
THE PIERCING SHOPS SUCH AS THIS AND EG TATTOO SHOPS SHOULD BE THE ONLY PLACE TO GET A PIERCING AND ALSO TAKE THE PAIN AND SHOCK THEN CONTINUED ISSUE'S WHILE TRYING TO HEAL WITH A BAR AND LOCKED AND SQUASHED EAR.

Awesome staff every time i go in. The person that pierced my eyebrow did an awesome job with being professional and painless!

I wanted to get a nose piercing and the whole experience was rather traumatising! The customer service was horrible! The workers were so rude towards my sister and i and made me feel so uncomfortable about getting my piercing.when i went in alone with the worker to do my piercing, i told her i wasn’t ready and she rushed the whole process.she really hurt me during the piercing process and didn’t even give me time to breathe and relax.my friends told me that nose piercings shouldn’t be as painful as what i experienced.i sat there sobbing and she didn’t care.really disappointed!

Amazing service and I would recommend to anyone who wants a piercing to go! The lady was really nice and was up for having a chat to make it less awkward, better than any other piercing place I’ve been too.

Honestly recommend have gotten all piercings from there and have had no issues, staff are amazing and helpful

I got my seconds done here and they were literally un even I took them out and let them heal and I would not recommend you to not to go there. "It was so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a one" and they charged 70!

Had a terrible experience at the Watergardens store on Sunday so went to Melton yesterday instead. Both people working were great, the entire transaction was easy and the piercer did a great job

I've always had a positive experience at this store in upwards of 10 piercings either myself or a friend has got whilst i was present, i would 100% recommend anyone to go here over anywhere else

Went in to get a couple of piercings on Friday 4th of March. The lady behind the counter was lovely and welcoming. Tim who did my piercings was great. Very professionally and kind. Explained everything that was going on and made me feel calm and relaxed. Cannot recommend them high enough.

Typically off ya tree shop. The staff were very freindly and very helpful. They explained their products well.
