Honestly the worst place to go to as bad quality in nails and bad customer service. I went their like 2 days ago and got my shellac nails done and most of them broke straight away. I asked could they fix their mistakes but not right now as I am on work lunch break and I asked to come another day and they said I would have to pay for it and I said I shouldn’t have to pay for your mistakes. Very poor service. I will never go their again. Worst nail place ever.

I usually go to Brandon Park store which is fabulous. Second time I have visited this store and service is terrible. Was told it would be a 50 min wait to get one nail repaired and made to feel unwelcome. Left and was walking past 20 min later and the girl I spoke to was doing nothing. My previous experience was like some of the other reviews. Aggresive and rude.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
The owner of this business clearly wants to go broke.

The service is disgusting, the girls are ruff, rude and only grunt at you and pull your hands around.
The girl cut me, then yelled at me because she said I moved. Yeah I moved because you cut me idiot! The finished job was very bad. Will never go back.

My foot cut and bled during a pedicure. No apologies. No smiles. Had to "check" my Gift Card and charge it before starting treatment.

Since their makeover they have changed the shellac they use and it is now rubbish. My nails have been completely destroyed breaking way down the nail bed and the polish lasts less than a week. I used to have my nails done here every fortnight but I’m looking elsewhere now. I used to put up with the rude staff as they did a good job but now that they are rude and using an inferior product they have lost me.

The lady I had was beyond rude, and she had very bad attitude. She seemed like she hated her job. She got angry cause my hand didn’t sit a certain way and tried to yell. I smiled. It’s better to be kind.

Let’s add the fact that she thought I don’t understand Vietnamese. Unfortunately for her, I understood everything. She talks bad about customers, and raising prices up, and she called me names in Viet. Shellac costed me $30 for refills only two weeks ago. Today I was charged $60.90.

Worst customer service. Rip off. Bad & negative vibes for the whole session. Go three or so stores down. There’s another nail salon that’s more respectful, kind and appreciative. ️

Rated 1 star but they deserve 0. Disgusting rude staff, horrible service and grossly overpriced. I went with my friend and the staff took our gel nails off aggressivly and without care. The nails were ripped off and it was an extremely painful experience. The staff knew but did not care that we were in pain. Would NEVER recommend or go back.

You sure dont get what you pay for here! Raised prices and the staff dont give a **** if you return. No idea how to be of service. Rude and a mediocre job ladies.urgh

Very rough and in a hurry. Cut a chunk out of my heal which bleed badly. No care or responsibility. Also very rude. Will never recommend or return.d

Got shellac done on Saturday and within days the ends started to peel off on all nails. Went back 5 days later and was told it's policy to come back within 3 days, any longer and they won't help. They wouldn't even take it off for free. Very rude and unreasonable and they clearly don't want any returning customers. I've been getting shellac for years and it's never peeled off like this.

They are not professional. I was not happy with my nails and did not get good customer service!

DO NOT GO HERE is my advice as someone who regularly gets SNS done! Shocking rude staff, terrible nail services. Had SNS done on my fingernails, within three days they had cracked on two fingers. 5 days later and another one split in half. Returned to the store 6 days later as it was the earliest time I could. I asked for it to be fixed as SNS is guaranteed to last a minimum of two weeks. I was told I have to pay $7 each finger for repair and accused of biting them off myself! Was told it's too late they only offer free repair after three days which is a load of crap as whether it is 3 days or 6 days SNS DOES NOT CRACK THAT QUICKLY! (My SNS at usual place normally doesn't crack at all and will just grow out in 3-4 weeks.) Received a horrible nail service, no apology or remedy offered to fix the issue with the faulty service provided by the BUSINESS. To the owner - you need to train your staff properly on how to provide the services offered and on the basics of customer service as they have NO IDEA!
