The worst nail salon ever.
I’ve being getting my nails done for over 25 years now. Yesterday I visited this nail salon as my regular was unavailable and I needed nails. Lynn attended to my nails, and left this thick, uneven and pretty much ugly. Micheal then finished the nail polish and painted then again uneven and thick. Micheal had quoted me the day before $55 for a full set and charged me on the day $75.
Don’t visit this nail salon, nails not to standard and a complete rip off.
Hoping they get auditores to see the salon also because it’s not up to hygiene standards.

I predict that within 2 days my nails will be off. Gap between tis and nail bed leaving space for water to get under & lift the nail. Lumpy thick acrylics, and nail polish was running out so streaky & spots where colour is not even.

I visited Odyssey at the Pines shopping centre today to redeem a voucher.
When I arrived I let the staff know I was redeeming a voucher.
I asked for SNS on my natural nails. I was told they were too short and I needed tips. Being new to nail salons, I said OK.
The nail technician found it hard to stick the tips onto my nail bed. She used extraordinary amounts of super glue. I lost feeling in my fingertips and asked for her to remove the tips. One of my fingers started to bleed.
She called the manager over who translated my request to her. She got angry and he translated to me that it was 'my fault" she needed to use that much glue as my nail beds weren't straight. Victim blaming at its best.
She did soak Off the tips, very roughly, and used the electric nail file to scrape my nail best clear of glue.
I have been left with cuts and bleeding cuticles and superglue under my finger nails and on my fingertips.
I left without taking the remainder of my voucher. I wasn't refunded the $70 they took for this experience.
Very unprofessional behaviour.
My finger nails look like they have burns.
Do not go to this place.

Horrible experience, would give a 0 if I could, I came in for a SNS removal, they overfiled my nails and gave me Onycholysis.

First pedicure after lockdown and I was so impressed.
They fit 3 people in at a busy time, and we're friendly and took the time to do a very good and thorough job.
Pedicures can be tricky with lots of places doing the bare minimum for rates. But my nail technician took the time to provide an excellent service, massage, perfect shellac application too.
Both my daughters had SNS at the same time.
Great results, friendly staff who listened to requests.
I'll be coming back every few weeks with this experience.

I am blind and have a disability, I have a guide dog who helps me get around. Although I mentioned my disability, they showed no care and told me to get lost or to get rid of the dog. I ended up putting my dog in the car and getting my nails done. Even my blind dog could do my nails better. They used pink instead of blue. And once I saw my nails, I was so cross. (eyed). The staff is disrespectful and insanely rude. They ended up charging me double for the nails just because I was blind and this was a big money opportunity. I may be stupid but I’m not blind. NEVER GO HERE. 5/5! Nails were incredible.

HORRIBLE I WENT THERE TO CHECK PUT SOME OF THERE LRICES AND IT’S 30 BUCKS FOR GELS WHICH IS OKAY I GUESS I WENT IN AND THEY KELT ON COMPLAINING ON HOW MY NAILS WERE TOO SMALL. THEY WERE SO RUDE NEVER EVER EVER COMING BACK

Clean and friendly! Amazing nails - long last shellac and Michael does SNS to die for! Highly recommend!

We went in at 1: 30 seeing if we could book an appointment for the afternoon and they booked us in for 2: 30 and so we came back at 2: 30 and they said come back in 30 minute because they wherein hour behind.by the time we got back they has two people in the store and after 15 minutes of sitting in the chair waiting for someone to come and attend us they said we are really busy can you come back tomorrow.my friend and I were so upset with the place so we went home and booked a nail appointment with a different place someone where because would never go back there again after this.

Staff was extremely rude, they clearly do not care about the customers or how the nails turn out, they just want to get it done asap. They put zero effort into it and they don’t give you what you asked for. It was very painful the whole way through, not to mention the ridiculous pricing. Do yourself a favour and never get your nails done there <3

I paid $95.00 (CASH), last Wednesday for a manicure & pedicure with shellac, it’s been less than a week and the colors have come off my finger nails, there’s chips in most and the entire color has come off 4/5 fingers on the left and 3/5 on the right hand. I’m really unhappy, I use to get my nails done here every 3 weeks, I’m a mom now and can’t get out as often, I thought this would last me 4 weeks like it use too. Now it’s causing me more work trying to fix my nails myself.

Wish I checked the reviews for this place before going. I had SNS done here, the finish was super thick and uneven. One nail had a unsightly thick bubble of top coat. Two of my fingers were cut from their drills causing inflammation and bleeding for two weeks. Whole experience was painful as they push the polishing drill into the base of my nails. Have since been to another nail salon and got way better results for the same price.

Went with a friend, as we couldnt get a seat at her usual nail salon.
Staff was friendly, whoch was a great start but they use a brand called DND for Shellac (no OPI and related to CND?), small and cramped where the chairs are and its messy, the clippers and other equipment do not come from the sterilised bags but are stored in the little boxes and I think was shared between my friend and myself.
And to top it off, 100 dollars for shellac mani and pedi.what the!

I had gotten my nails done and within less then 24 hours later 2 popped off at the same time and then 2 later on.i went to go get it fixed and the staff were very rude about the situation she was very cranky and by the end of it my nails still looked trash and were not done properly.edit: only had the nails for a week and all of them have come off unexpectedly.won’t be returning

Who takes over 2 hours to get their nails done. That was with an appointment and not at a busy time. They did not know what they were doing and found them overpriced. Will not be returning.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I’d gone here - first of all the lady made my nail beds bleed for some reason (I’ve had my nails done many times before and have healthy nails) when she was finished my nails were all lumpy, thankfully one of the other workers fixed it, but still was extra time wasted. Wasn’t too mad about it until two weeks later three of my nails have already fallen off.

This has got to be the worse salon I have ever been to! I had 3 different women work on my nails all of them were rude and the worse SNS I have ever had! If I could give them a zero rating I would NEVER give them your nails to work on or your money can’t believe this salon is still up and running

We had such a bad experience here. They took our money before they started our manicure. I asked her not to use the drill on my nails, but she continued to do so and put up a fight. She then went straight in to paint my nails without a manicure. I stopped her, and she said I would need to pay an extra $5 for that. Instead of putting the oil on my cuticles at the end, she wiped the brush along my knuckles and didn’t even rub it in, it was just as though she was taking the piss.
I found the staff to be rude, have a short temper, they answer back and disregard everything we asked and paid for.

They honestly don’t care about anyone who walks in, they told me to come back in 20 minutes so I did and then they put other walk ins before me, and didn’t acknowledge me when I was waiting, they made me wait an extra 20 minutes until I just got up and left.trust the reviews and don’t waste your time like I did

This place is a joke. Prices have become RIDICULOUS and you DO NOT get what you pay for. Staff are extremely rude and clearly all hate their job. I have been a regular for years but will never return again as I have had enough of their poor attitudes and shocking prices.
