28It was my first visit to Odyssey, salon is always packed, so I've decided to try today. I had pedicure and sns on hands. I am happy with both. Pedi was amazing: professional, clean, got nice massage with hot stones, nails look perfect. Master work hard on my sns nails, they look neat, even layers, more than happy. Will be back again.
Mean employees. I have different thumbs then some people and the lady doing my nails and the lady doing my sister nails look at my thumb and starting laughing this was really hurtful to me. Also my nails were uneven and i needed fresh new nails for my holiday in 1 week. They also charged us a extra $5 for no reason at all. And also the lady doing my nails was pulling my arm ummmm please dont do that. I have been calling the place everyday since then and they have been hanging up the phone i would really want a sorry from that place because they have really lost a lot of customers.
Not happy with my SNS with tips. Not happy with service as well because another staff came to see my nail and talked to the staff who was assisting me in their own language about my nails. I dont have issues when the staff talk amongst themselves when not attending a customer. But when clearly your nails are being discussed it NEEDS TO BE IN ENGLISH PLEASE.
Worst experience! Left unhappy with nails went back they admitted they had used the wrong products and tried to blame it on me when they admitted to there own fault and was not willing to refund my money, very rude people one of the worst places to get nails done in northern suburbs
Highly do NOT recommend. If I could give them a 0 I would. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
Most painful nail appointment I’ve ever bad, felt very rushed and not happy with the results, uneven and already lifting after not even a week, do not reccommend will not go back.
I came in the first time today.the lovely owner was my nail technician and she was lovely friendly and knows her stuff.mh nails are lovely I love them so much.i recommend anyone to go.great service and professional. And result beautiful nails.
