Terrible experience - caused by an over-cut big toe nail and cuticle becoming infected.
Pedicure & manicure done at same time, but placing my body into a game of twister and pain - all because the beautician can't get on the other side of the HUGE massage chairs, packed close together

The Nail shop ladies are very rubbish they don’t know how to do the nails and they scream at my kids for no reason I’m not going again and I will not recommend anyone to go there. They don’t know how to do the nails and they’re very unexperienced in customer service and they job

If I could rate 0 it would be 0. For a business to pin down a teenager with 3 women with knees on his throat is absolutely disgusting. The kid was screaming he couldn't breathe and started to vomit and there was no care. If you all want to keep this business running then that's your decision but when you see something this disturbing, it leave you sick to your stomach. If the kid didn't pay call security and make a police report. Well I think a few of your women are going to be charged with assault due to a police investigation now.

Bad service, really pricey, extremely disappointed with the treatment of my nails and end result. Will definitely not be returning.

I have caught a infection in my nail from this salon. I do not recommend as it is Over priced as well

I just had my nails done here today… and it was most awful experience I had…staff who attended me was in absolute rush.not listening and in her own way… I got full set extension done in nearly 15min… Well, she skipped things out of ignorance or in hurry don’t really know…but to be honest, the shop wasn’t even busy…

Very bad experience with staff. She was doing her job in rush. My nails looks very bad, because of their shapes. Some
nails are straight, broader and others are in upward, I recommended not to waste your money and time to visit there. Moreover, when I was trying to show them the nails pics, what I want and she did wrong and charged the extra price. Wrost experience ever.

So disappointing. When I sat down with the technician, I mentioned that the salon had lots of negative reviews and some positive, and I was hoping I could write a positive review. The removal of the SNS polish was done carefully. I didn't understand why my nails were still rough and that she didn't continue with finer polishing heads. I asked but either I couldn't explain myself clearly or I didn't understand the explanation. We didn't have a shared language. The nails were cutand shaped nicely. The polish application was hasty and the result disappointing. I wasn't wearing my glasses and I couldn't see how poorly the nails were finished until after I'd left the centre.

Really pathetic service! I got my eyebrows done along with waxing! They are least bothered about listening to you! One lady has done my eyebrows up and the other down! Two different sizes and shapes! And the manager comes down and least bothered to listen! Never ever go to this place! The other lady who has done my waxing was great!

Did my nails here yesterday, french tips- acrylics, there were so bad that l got home l covered them with nail polish. Cost me $75. Will not be returning!

I went with a friend and the lady serving my friend was lovely and nice. The lady I had was rough and would not stop filing my nails to the point that I bled on 3 different nails! It’s ridiculous. She told me to stay calm and relax my fingers, how am I supposed to do that! Also my two pointer fingers are two different lengths and it looks ugly. Aside from that lady the others ladies were nice and were welcoming but I’m not going back again.

Worst and quickest pedicure I've ever had. Managed to leave with a nice big cut on my heel too.

Got my nails done here, so overpriced and the lady was so rough also couldn’t understand a word she was saying.don’t recommend

Worst nail salon! Wish I read the reviews before going in. Staff were so rude, I asked if the lady doing my nails could fix one thing and she rolled her eyes at me and yelled that she isn’t finished yet… my nail still looked the same even at the end. Burnt me multiple times with the drill and didn’t apologise once. So rude and unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Plus a complete rip off as $10 plus more than where I usually go, wish I went to my usual salon. Unfortunately was just needing to kill some time at Epping plaza. Big regrets going here! Disgusting salon

Staff were polite but i felt as if my nails were very rushed and i feel as if there wasn’t enough coats of nail polish because you could see my nail underneath

Staff very friendly, but very rushed. Also I made an appt for today on Sunday, but when I arrived had to wait a long time and was treated same as other customers. Not a problem, but should not do appointments and leave as walk in’s if that’s the case. Came years ago and loved them. Todays visit happy with acrylic nails, have had better, but have had worse too. Pedicure not worth the price for how they turned out. Overall I think good if you are a local for quick in and out, but since it’s close to work and not home. I think I will go to other ones close to home.

I went in for a manicure and shellac. The girl who did my nails was so rough and rude and used normal nail polish! I will never go back and don't recommend. I go in to be pampered not treated like a an idot or rag doll!

Had my nails done there yesterday for the first time. Owner very rude. Staff that did my sns nails was very nice, but unfortunately, the same day after getting my nails done there are cracks in them. Nails didn’t even last a day! Will never go back there again! Absolute rubbish nails place. Knew I should have gone to Hollywood nails, at least they are friendlier and know how to do the job!

I usually go to hollywood nails they are amazing.but i thought i would try this one out because i was parked closer and didnt want to walk to the other end. All i can say is i will never ever come here again. The lady that did my nails rushed them and they wernt the right size. When i asked her why there was a gap in between the acrylic and my skin she got the nail clippers and cut the side of my nails off so they dont show. It hurt so bad and now my nail is infected. She also cut my actual skin instead off. Theyre so rude and everything is so dirty! She also got glue all over my fingers and my fingers were stuck together. I left there with disgustinh sticky and dry fingers beacuse of the glue on my hands. Worst nail salon ever. I will stick to hollywood nails

I've come here multiple times and every single time my nails were amazing after. Staff are always willing to discuss any nail designs you want and even suggest what they think would look better with the design you have in mind. I would highly recommend going here.
