The staff are a delight, the food is delicious and a great venue for catching up with families or friends.

Treated like…well you know…by staff almost as soon as we walked in.
Yes it was a public holiday weekend but other businesses we visited over the weekend welcomed our business.
Bit dingy anyway, needs a pretty serious makeover.
Taking away the trampolines for the kids was understandable in one respect - but to not replace them with an alternative has made us search OG for our own alternative to what was once a nice attraction near the beach.
In a word - avoid.

Great food and lovely service, very accommodating for my vegan requirements. The staff was lovely; Stefanie was very attentive and kind!

Food and service was absolutely 10/10 tonight, probably the biggest dinner crowd they've had in a couple of years since the density limits were off, the kitchen was pumping and we nay have had to wait a little longer than other nights, food was amazing. Even my Dad raved about his burger that had red buns!

Good food selection and meals were large and tasty. There were also half sizes available too. Was popular so would suggest booking.
Update. Nothing changed, still a great place to go and enjoy a meal.

Don’t let the the facade deceive you, beautiful venue inside with great atmosphere. They have a little playground and lots of space for the kids to run around on the grassed area. We ordered kids pizzas, salmon and a Parma, all meals were spot on! Absolutely delicious. Service was brilliant with lovely staff and timely service. Highly recommend! We will be back.

As locals we made every effort with this hotel all thru the years and even in covid where we made a point of going there to keep up their revenue. We have put up with the poor service and below par food for years at this venue. As locals, we need a pub that sells the area. Will not be visiting again and will not recommend to visitors and our guests over the year. A $40 sign in the beer garden will cost you a lot of money.

Need more variety on the menu.

This was a complete surprise. The building is nothing special but we were still expecting a nice meal. The top restaurant quality food we were served was exceptional. All home made we definitely recommend and will return. The cinnamon, date and chocolate bread pudding.mmmmhmmmmm

Not what we remember. We sat out the back in the garden. Very untidy and the kids trampolines have been removed. Could look so much better.

This is the best hotel I have been to in ages. It has something for everyone. Very aesthetic for all walks of life and age. But the piece d' resistance is their outdoor area. Plenty of room, beautifully set out with large outdoor settings. Great kids play areas and all encompassed so that parents can sit and watch whilst having a relaxing appertiff or two. Even a couple of trees for shade. Not to forget the meals. Extensive menu and good sized serves (not the size of finger food). It was extremely yummy and I would feel no qualms in recommending this well organized and friendly hotel.

Outside area great for children, we were with our grandsons who loved it, meals pretty good, service good, but could definitely do with a clean up, a little bit untidy.

Dinghy, odd seating right next to bar, moved outside and there was constant squealing from kids in the arcade, cockroaches walking past

Relaxed setting. Good food, but a bit expensive. Playground for kids. Best thing about it was that there were half serves on the menu for small eaters.

The serve between the main and entree calamari is the same meal costs an extra $10 for nothing. I advised the person didn’t care.

Food was ok, service pleasant enough but to Jack up the prices for summer holidays to have the most expensive parmas in Ocean Grove and the Bellarine just highway robbery. The Aircondioning, just fixed, that also freezes you to your seat made it a very uncomfortable experience.

Extremely busy when we went around the new year period. Bookings recommended. Trampolines for kids but unsupervised children run means it's not particularly enjoyable at times. Food is standard pub fair.

Absolutely gobsmacked. $30 for a Parma, horrible service can’t believe I can’t half star this joint.
