I am so happy with my experience with O’Brien Real Estate in Berwick! My Property Manager Melanie Schofield was amazing! From the second she contacted me to let me know I was accepted for a lease on an incredible property she was there for everything I needed. She was very flexible and able to organise the documents I needed to sign and get me the keys when I was able too. And within a few days I was able to arrange my entire move! Even walking into the house for the first time as a tenant was exciting as I found a lovely personalised card and candle! Ben Fu, Our property manager has managed to lease both of my properties before Christmas. It could have been a very stressful time for us however Ben came up on top. He leased both properties with 0% vacancy rate. He is very efficient and always keeps me in the loop and updates whenever he has found a great applicant for the property. He has process the application very promptly and finalise everything in less than a week.

As a rental provider for the first time, Bridget Daly handled the initial process and was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She spent a lot of time explaining me the process and always answered all my questions promptly and even advised me on my rental issues as a tenant. There were some issues of securing a tenant but she stepped in quickly, resolved the issue and managed to secure a tenant by the timeline I had planned. She also handled the handover to the new Property Manager Rachel Davidson very smoothly!

Rachel Davidson has been great with communication, and keeping me up to date as the new tenants moved in last week. She is responsive, friendly and always made sure all my questions were answered. I’m very glad that she will be managing my property!

We had Ben Fu as our property manager and he went above and beyond to look after us. We gave notice but were moving out much earlier and he was able to find new tenants to move in earlier and that allowed us to receive rent monies paid back. The whole process from giving notice and keeping communication open made it really easy and stress free to organise everything. He was able to met me at the property to hand the keys back when it was convenient for me and went through the property with me to ensure everything was clean and ready for the next tenants. Been with O'Brien Berwick for over 4 years. Ben Fu has started managing our property since mid of last year. His professionalism, being responsive and considerate, and constant communication among the tenants and us are what we highly appreciate. He came out of his way to help the new tenant to settle down from overseas. He's open with options for us to maintain our property well and at low cost if possible. Rachael was very unprofessional, rude, and not responsive. Leaking roof turned into mouldy ceiling. She done nothing about it. For approx 8 months.big whole and mould was still there at vacate.

Ben our property manager has leased the property very quickly with zero days vacancy changeover from previous tenant to new tenant in less than 2 weeks. I am very happy with the result and highly recommended him to any property investor.

They preach their staff to be racist and with high level of ugly attitude towards different class of society. Please shut it down maybe you have another 5 years before someone else takes over your business and does it better
