We have several rental properties, and O'Brien's in Berwick is the worst property manager we've ever had. Difficult to communicate with throughout the tenancy. Only communicate via their automated system that just sends email notifications. Don't return phone calls. Most recently, allowed our tenants to break their lease early, without any permission/notification OR final inspection. Now won't return phone calls. Do not use O'Brien Real Estate.

My property manager Ben Fu has always been a delight to deal with. Since moving property managers from a different realestate to having Ben Fu as our new one was such a noticeable change, he listens when things need to be done and understands when we have to re arrange things.
He is always kind and very reliable, always replying on the same day whatever the issue may be, he has helped me in such ways my old property manager couldn't and it just feels good to not just be a number amongst many, Ben is genuinely caring and always makes sure that we are okay when severe weather warnings have been issued.

I have heard some real sad stories when it comes to the relationship between real estate agents and renters. I feel extremely fortunate that not only do I have a wonderful landlord, but that I have Ben Fu as my rental manager. Ben Fu is efficient, compassionate, always friendly and polite and extremely helpful. If there is anything needing addressing at the property Ben is quick to take action.
