Dreadfully rude man & extremely unhelpful. Told me that a HSA26 was “impossible” to buy. Went to Masterpiece Mowers at Brighton & bought one on the spot!

OUTRIGHT CRIMINAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My mower top casing was broken and it needed to be replaced. He said you cant get it new but only aftermarket. I paid $90 for a old, partly rusted part from another mower. He didnt want to talk price. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Absolute waste of time dealing with these people. Twice I've had quite negative experiences with this business and I haven't even bought anything yet. The first time was when I tried to purchase a brush cutter using afterpay. I added the brush cutter to the cart but no afterpay option was showing. It was of course quite confusing because the website says that it does actually take afterpay. I spent at least 45 minutes that time going back and forth from my cart to reading website before I finally gave up. I called them the next day and they said Afterpay wasn't available on that item because it is not in stock. I said but the website says that it's in stock and I've wasted a lot of time trying to make this purchase. Last night I saw that their website says the item is in stock so I added it to my cart as well as a Honda power head. Again I added to the cart and tried to use afterpay and no afterpay payment option appeared at the checkout. Again, another hour wasted cruising products on their website and trying to make a purchase that again failed. Obviously they had my details of the items still in my calf and today I received a random call from a lady there who was calling to offer me assistance to finalize my payment. I said yet again the after party is not available in your check out for the items that I want to purchase. This time she said well one of those items is on special and we do not offer afterpay on items that have been discounted. I asked where that information is presented on the website to which she had no answer. There is nothing on the website to suggest that after pay is not available on discounted items. She said but I can help you or you need to do is paint extra 7% to cover the commission for afterpay. False advertising. I should be giving me 10% off for all the waste of time due to their inability to communicate properly with their potential customers. I've so far wasted 2 hours on the website trying to make purchases. Never again.

Rudest owner Bruce. He doesnt listen the moment you walk in with your machiney. I agree with all experiences shared by negative reviewers. Arrogant. Claims 30-40% customers put wrong fuel in. Talks over you points at his certificates on his wall. Forget having a warranty. Ive since been told he should have placed a camera in the fuel, Or atleast extracted it for me. Crimminal. Avoid. Hes lucky he has the supply distribution of Stihl. Considering reporting him to Stihl office. Other Stihl distributors say likewise.

Not even worth one star. Absolute criminals. Had my Still blower serviced in September 2020, cost me $115. I used it twice since then. On Easter Monday it wouldn't start, so I took it to them. They said $55 to get it started. I explained and showed the service receipt from September. Started waffling on about comparing the blower to a car, everything is compared to a car with this criminal. I said I use my car every day and the blower once every two months, what are you talking about.
Will never go to these criminals again. I will be contacting the ACCC.
Avoid them like the plague!

The owner sold me an easy feed head and said he would fit it, then sent me back home to go get the original head and when I got back he said it’s ok I’ve got a Spanner I don’t need it.after muttering and saying “wubbish wubbish” in very broken English he got angry and gave up.
He then ushered me out the door muttering who knows what in Chinese/ broken English.don’t waste your time with this guy.

Very rude owner. Pathetic service. Lasy people. Don't ever go to him. The only good thing about it is they open on Sunday. I can't even understand what the Chinese man talking. Don't even deserve 1 star.

Very efficient and knowledgeable team. Had a new Honda motor installed on my wipper snipper and bought a second had victa Briggs and Stratton which has served me well with many hours of work. Just got the mower serviced today with reasonable price. Bruce is a good man. Gave me a bottle of wine for customer loyalty.

Do not go here for lawnmower repairs! Very dodgy owner. Quoted one price, fixed my lawnmower and then added a substantial amount more to the price when I came to pick it up. He has lost many years of future business from me and my family as a result.

Quote to fix my mower was $185. "it won't be more than that" & "will call you when ready" no call. Arrived to collect it assuming it was ready and the bill was $240.no call to advise of the price increase. Not happy

Terrible service. Went in to get my lawn mower serviced (minor service) and blades replaced. The guy punched in a whole load of numbers in the calculator and then showed me the total cost $185. I asked for a break down given the service board indicated ($50 + $35), all he could do was grunt.

Just purchases some parts for a Honda line trimmer, Bruce was very help even going out of his way to demonstrate the correct fitting and use off very helpful highly recommended.

The attitude of the after-sales service here is too bad, only busy with sales. It is the same from the manager to the staff. Very unpleasant experience.
