One on the least helpful people I’ve met in Stihl store … I spent $2500 on equipment but he couldn’t take time to show me how to put $17 part on Stihl blower (no one else in store). If you want service & advice go to one of the knowledgeable Stihl dealers & avoid this guy at all costs

Only giving 1 star because we have to
We took our generator in to get carbie clean
We were told when we called up
It would be just a carbie clean so no problem, got to shop $195.00 quote
Nope we left with our generator and found Mower power fern tree gully road fantastic it cost $50

Big rip off people we won’t recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely rude, talks down to you like you know nothing.
Arrogant owner and service. Tried to sell parts that weren’t even required and many hidden costs. I ended up walking out the second time I went to use them (what an idiot I am for going back in first place).
Steer clear of this joint plenty of others around, do some research first!
Still can’t believe how I was treated. Disappointed to say the least. Good luck everyone

The guy helped us to find the best Lawn Mower. He was very helpful. One of the staff showed how it worked and helped us to put it in the car. They were very helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely bad, I bought Honda trim within 1 year. And have some problem (cannot start engine) I took machine with me and went to the shop and the boss told me need to do service, and ask me to fill the form. Then I realized the service fee would be 115 I am shocked. The service fee account of 1/3 of the trim. Absolutely shameful of the businessman.
Hope everyone if come to this shop be very careful for your money.

I was ignored for 5 minutes and was surprised at the owners rude manner when he eventually spoke to me. I bought online and was there for a pickup or otherwise I would have walked out. The one star is for the Honda brushcutter which is the only redeeming feature of the transaction. Never going back.

Terrible customer service!
Had my hedge trimmers annual service, it was running perfectly before I took it in, when I got it back it had constant issues, now they are telling me it's worn out and to buy another one.
Do not deal with this shop.
Very rude and won't listen to a word you have to say.

Don't go there if you're expecting a warranty from these thieves!

I bought a 2500$ commercial grade pressure washer from these guys 10 month ago, have done all maintenance and even brought it for a full service 2 months ago. Last week the engine seized and these guys would hear anything, Bruce the Chinese guy claim that the oil is too low and that he don't remember servicing it 2 months ago! + this pressure washer is meant to have a low oil sensor and when I mentioned it, suddenly Bruce send me some photos of a disconnected wire that wasnt there before!

Now in the process of contacting Stihl and ACC to do the right thing.

I also brought my other pressure washer for a service and 1 part replaced 4 weeks ago (360$) and when I got it back, petrol was going in the oil tank and the pressure washer won't work obviously, now they ask me another 229$ to replace the carby which was perfectly fine before they touched it!

Very saddened to see that you can't even trust such a big company, because of their dealers.

Used to be a great store. Called to enquire if I could use Afterpay to purchase mower, was told no, but the Kingston mowers store would. I had just come from there, they said no too despite an Afterpay sticker on their window. They have Afterpay also featured on their website, but when you get to checkout it’s not an option. They are using Afterpay to attract buyers and then lie about offering the Afterpay service.
No way to attract loyal customers.

I had to pay $10 for 70cm of fuel line, I don't want to know what they charge for a sparkplug. These guys know how to price gouge, will make sure I never have to visit this shop again.

I went in to buy a electric chainsaw today. When entering the store I did not get greeted and no one asked if I needed any assistance. When I did ask the a staff member for some help his English was very poor and unfortunately was no help at all with any questions I had about the products, so I left. I’d recommend going to the Ashburton Sthil store very friendly and knowledgeable, but not on a Sunday.

Been going there for a few years and always feel like they overcharge for the service. When you ask them to explain the cost of a service, they rush through the explanation and leave you not feeling informed at all with what you’re paying for.

Bought the BWM LS35 Log splitter and had it shipped to Canberra, really happy with it. Had a slight mechanical issue with the coupling between the motor and the hydraulic pump, the after sales service were able to resolve the issue right away and even mailed up replacement parts for free. Top service, thanks Nick.

ZERO STARS, CARE FACTOR ZERO TO MATCH. Well what can I say about this place. To their credit they know how to fix mowers. After that its all BAD NEWS. CONGRATULATIONS on the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced. Bruce owner is also very experienced at lying, doggy, money hungry, rip Off, , argumentative, rude, arrogant. Ridiculously BAD ATTITUDE! You have been WARNED if you come here and expect a good outcome you will be gravely disappointed and have only yourself to blame. Don't believe me, check out other similar reviews. STAY MILES AWAY. Went once got Lectured never going back. PATHETIC!
