Have worked with Nuline on a number of projects over the years. They are incredible to work with. Great attention to detail and a really positive can do attitude. Couldn't speak more highly of them.

They replaced a faulty door installed by another major door & window company and the difference in service level, care, attention to detail, and the quality of the finished door speaks volumes. Nuline recently designed, quoted and installed bifold windows at our business (bakery cafe). They were extremely professional throughout the process. They delivered on time and on budget and the windows look fantastic. I would recommend them

Unfortunately NuLine don’t come to the home to give a quote!
I rang as I need large Bi-fold doors replaced and I have a structural issue I want to also discuss and show.
I was told that their staff are busy offsite so that I would have to send in the size and details of my requirements via their internet site.
Looks like NuLine just lost a potential $16000.00 job.

Had all of our custom windows made by Nuline. Commercial grade 3 years down the track and there are still like new. Our 8.5 meter stacker doors are a dream. Great service provided by the team and Jerry.

I used Nuline windows for my house extension, the windows and doors that we ordered were not an off the shelf design but Jerry from Nuline made the process from ordering to finished product a pleasure.

These guys are the best! I wish the builder we used had used the windows and sliding doors that Nuline make. Their sliding doors glide along the tracks so effortlessly. I have never seen a huge double glazed sliding open open and close with such ease. From my iinitial phone call all the way up to afyer install Nuline have been extremely helpful and courteous. They have had no hesitation to come back to the job and fix minor problems. I had french doors installed in an alfresco area turning that area into another room. I also had 2 huge 12mm thick doors put into our hallway. Kym one of the owners came out to measure it all up. What a nice guy. The installers Terry and John were super nice and professional. John was close to 7 foot tall! He didn't need a a ladder at anytime.:) Jerry the manager was super polite and consultative at all times. Anyway, I am so rapt about the job I just had to write a review. By the way Nuline smashed a competitors (MCG Windows) quote by almost $5,000.

Just called them and asked to get someone out to measure up and provide a quote to put in some new windows.

I was told to take some pictures & send them in with measurements, when I said I wanted someone to come and do the measurements they said I should go to their showroom.

My 15 year old doors needed draft strips replaced which Jerry provided at no charge. Great follow up service.

I'm writing this review on behalf of the company I work for, Apack P/L.
We had a problem with one of the internal doors not shutting properly, so we called Nu-Line windows to come out and fix the problem.
The guys at Nu-Line were courteous on the phone and arrived when they said they would. They fixed the problem in a very efficient manner.

We recently replaced our dated aluminium windows with Nu-Line windows, double glazed and big expanses of uninterrupted glass. From the design and measure through to the installation, the team were very experienced and professional. Ours was a challenging retrofit with some not so square openings that they thought thru and overcame. Would recommend them highly and extremely pleased with the final result.

After talking to a number of suppliers, I chose Nu-Line Windows to provide and install two sets of aluminium sliding stacker doors as well as a hinged aluminium door to close the alfresco area of my house. Arjun and Jerry have been fantastic to deal with, from the quote to meaure and installation. In particular, I have been very happy with the quick turnaround time (less than 4 weeks) and the quality of their products. I highly recommend them.

Very happy in having dealt with such a professional company. The quality and customer service is 10/10. Had a few minor issues which Nuline rectified asap. Can fully recommend.

I used nu-line about 12 years ago, they were small factory at mickle st, for a little holiday home they were very helpful as owner build, then moved arount corner go a big slider door steel slides as new, 2018 building a new house looking forward in getting a quote soon.

We are extremely pleased with our new Bifold doors - Jerry and the rest of the team at Nu-Line were fantastic to deal with all the way through.
