NuLine Windows

Nu-line did a bi-fold door with inbuilt screen many years ago, completely changed the space at the back of the property! The door lock stopped working and Jerry arranged for someone to upgrade the lock as part of the package. Communication was excellent and prompt. Service contact the same. Highly recommend.

We have Nuline windows and doors installed in our house. They were installed over 10 years ago, and they still look and function perfectly. Only minor issue has been replacing the seal on one of our folding doors. Nuline sent someone over to replace it, no problem. We are requesting a quote to replace the remaining windows in our house.

We had windows and doors installed by Nuline over 5 years ago. The staff were fanastic and very helpful during the ordering and installation process. We recently had them out to fix a small problem with a door lock. Jerry and his team have been very responsive. We are very happy with Nuline products and the wonderful staff.

Highly recommend Nuline - they did a fantastic job and I get lots of compliments on my new sliding doors. Very accommodating, I am grateful for their help as we had to work through some unexpected issues with my cat door. A family own business with a personal touch, very professional.

They work with us on our house design for the whole year throughout the different stages of design development; they had provided 9 x 3 meters of commercial grade double glazing for our living room, and a 5.5 x 2 meter window for our kitchen, a panoramic uninterrupted view to the valley. They are the only company we found in Melbourne who can build these size for a residential build.

Their have attention to details and are easy to work with. We couldn’t find a better supplier to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality contemporary glazing for their home.

Outstanding work completing and installing our new bifold doors. The workmanship of the actual doors was excellent and the Nuline Windows crew whom installed the doors was very professional, friendly and on time and left the area clean and tidy. From the initial contact with Natalie and Sam the estimators, Jacinta in accounts, Arjun at site and Jerry for the planning it was akin to working with a well oiled Team and I felt that we were kept fully abreast of progress with a earlier than envisaged install date achieved by Nuline. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Very fast easy quote once I had sent through measurements. They ended up suggesting a strut window for the space which in the end is a far better outcome than the bifolds we initially thought would work. They also recommended a great builder to fit it and came out to double check the measurements. They made and delivered the window in less than 3 weeks. The window is extremely high quality and works seamlessly. Everyone there has been so professional. Jerry installed the glass at the end so carefully and even followed up after to check if there were any more questions. Was a real pleasure interacting with everyone here. Our sliding door installation went on seamlessly. We are pleased with our new glass room and its quality, workmanship & finish is much beyond what we had visualised. Looks stunning, no water leakage, so warm and keeps the cold wind out totally.

This was one of those jobs which required creativity and to hear my vision for the design. Obviously all jobs require tweaks after completion and they didn't hesitate to deliver on this also - highly recommend!

We’ve been in our house in Elwood for about 10 years. It was new when we moved in and a standout product in an otherwise ordinary build quality (I didn’t build it) are the aluminium sliding doors and windows, they are exceptionally well built by a very good company.
My company S&A Stairs has been in the residential building sector for over 100 years and I know that a business is defined by it’s attitude to maintenance and after sales service.
Respect is lost without excellence in those activities.
Jerry from Nuline, after a couple of false starts because of mix ups out of his control, always kept in touch and rescheduled the work required for the replacement of the bottom rollers on a very heavy door.
He genuinely cared and this morning two lovely guys arrived and replaced the rollers.
I called Jerry to thank him and pay after the guys had successfully completed their work and he wouldn’t take any payment.
I doubt that he would forgo payment for everything but his attitude to his customers reflects the quality of the business.

Jerry and his team have been great. They installed sliding doors and when we had a pool compliance issue he came up with a solution to help solve the problem. The team on-site are always courteous and Jerry is extremely responsive and helpful when needed.

From start to finish my wife and I felt so confident with our choice of Nuline as our bi-fold door installer. From the time Arjun who we met at their office/display centre, to when he came out and measured up and quoted the job.
Because of the Covid lockdown they were unable to start the job until late October. But they kept us informed of a proposed start date and sure enough they were there and completed the job in 2 days - thanks to Terry and Big John.

Just had all our windows and glass doors replaced by NuLine - they were fabulous to work with and we are really happy with our quality frames and doors - much less noise and heat from outside coming through the glass now - thanks guys!
