We have been extremely happy with Nu-Eco windows. And the backup service is outstanding. The backup service person was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work and the product. Can't praise this company highly enough.

We are very happy with our window, it was quite a wait but with it! Instillation went smoothly, Spencer was great, helpful and on time. We have an art deco style house and didn't want anything overly modern, most people have not realised it is new until we tell them, it so like the style of the original, just better! We hope to make our way around the house and get a few more. The customer service and honesty about their products is refreshing in an industry that can be quite overwhelming. The process of sales, ordering, measure up and installation was simple, honest and generally convenient. In fact the sales process was refreshingly different and vastly better than the very aggressive over-quoting and subsequent sales nonsense from one of Nu-Eco's competitors who shall remain nameless but many can most likely guess who it is anyway. Eliesha (salesperson) had an air of credibility through being honest and keeping it simple. The installers Stuart and Andy were very efficient and clearly knew their stuff. They explained things thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves. I am glad I chose Nu-eco.

Incredibly happy with our new Nu-Eco conservatory at the back of our house. We were originally just going to replace the back door but given much of the wood was rotting and the glass is all westerly facing, we chose to replace the the entire back with double glazing and uPVC framing. When it seemed that what we wanted was not achievable due to the weight of the glass, the team came back with a solution which we were really happy with. They were really great with communication and explaining changes along the way. On the day of installation which was forecast for 90% chance of rain, the team came and had our old structure removed and the new one up in no time.all before the rain came down. We really are so happy with it and should be look at replacing other windows in the house in the future, I will be definitely be using Nu-Eco.

Our experience with the whole team at nu-eco was fantastic.

When choosing between double glazing companies they never pressured us into a sale unlike some other companies we got quotes from. I normally find if a company has a good product them don’t need to convince you to go with them.

The office staff gave us information in a timely manor. When our window install go pushed back by a week (due to covid shipping issues from the UK) they contacted straight away and lined up a new install date

Installers arrived on time and even finished earlier than expected, they went through how the windows operated and how to best maintain them and gave us a direct mobile number and email address if we had any issues.

Could not recommend the team highly enough, our next door neighbour is now looking at getting some windows

When Eleisha came and did a quote a few months back for our master bedroom window, we were sold on the uPVC windows. Unfortunately, due to a longer lead time (16 weeks - OS manufacturing), we didn't end up going with them. At the time, we needed our bedroom window replaced urgently as it was not sealing properly, during winter too. We ended up going with aluminum double glazed with a different mob, with a 4 week lead time. All is well there.

Fast forward a few months, we decide that early next year, we want to replace all other 11 windows in the house. This time, we are keen to go uPVC all the way. Contacted Nu Eco, once again Eleisha called us, but her language suggests she's less keen to service us because we didn't go with her quote the last time. She said, "I guess we can quote you again, even though we have given you a quote the last time. " She seems not to get that it is now for an entirely different project.

After I explained why we went with a different quote the last time, she then asks "what's change? Why am I ok with the longer lead time this time around? " I told her I am planning early, it's not urgent like the last one, etc. And she said, "we have had the best year in the business, the lead time is even longer, stretching all the way to May next year. And to top that off, she kept repeating that she doesn't want to waste her time and my time. I was offended by that attitude and ended the conversation.

I guess since Nu Eco has had the best year, so they are discouraging more new customers? Confused.

"The sales, support, and installation were great. The product itself is not perfect. The same product made by another company, which we also have installed in our home, looks nicer. For example, the handles on the windows look really cheap. They're very small and they don't even have a uniform white look to them. I'm disappointed with this given the price of the unit. "

I was looking for double glazing windows and had a chance to speak with
Leith Robertson, the sales representative from Nu Eco windows. Unfortunately, I really need to get the job done ASAP and I had to go with a different supplier. Regardless, Leith still took his time to give me plenty of information about double glazing and reminded me what to look out for. I have to say he is super knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate what he did. This company has top quality windows and excellent service. Nice dealing with from start (first meeting to discuss needs) to the finish (installation). Nice friendly people in all parts of the business and great product and installation.

They didn't do a silly sales pitch, they told us the price and that price was able to bet all competitors. We had some follow up questions which were answered promptly and the installation went ahead on time without a fuss. Nu-Eco was recommended to us and we would recommend them to others. Danny their representative was fantastic explain everything in plain English very professional, their product is far out ways aluminum windows l have at present so it was a no brainer to rip out the aluminum rubbish and replace with the NU ECO
