The whole process from sales and consultation to ordering and delivery/installation was excellent. Sales really took the time to understand our needs and design a great solution. We had particular requirements as we were trying to replicate a certain style. The ordering and progress payment process was clear easy, and the installation team were awesome. We’re really happy with our windows and the whole experience felt good and has given us the result we were after. Thank you!

I've held off from writing a review until we'd had some time with the windows and doors installed by Nu-Eco. After a year I can say we're thoroughly impressed.

The sales process was quick and smooth. Leith was brilliant, no pressure, but still spent over 2 hours with us (because we wanted him there). Unlike other companies Leith gave us his best quote from the beginning, which was around the same as the quote from a competitor; however, the competitor spent over an hour going through the charade of "I'll give you a discount if.we don't need to come back, we can leave a sign up on your lawn for 3 months, you leave a favourable review on online, and numerous calls to the boss".

The installation was flawless. We did the entire house. Andy, Spencer, and the rest of the team were polite and courteous. My only complaint would be that some of them could have cleaned up afterwards a little better.

We had a few minor issues months later, relating to a door lock, and some issues with the front door not closing properly. Andy always responded same day. Leith even came out to assist us with one issue.

Stephanie and Louise were always extremely helpful in handling the process from a back office perspective.

This is certainly a company that is around for the long term. Would thorougly recommend Nu-Eco above all others!

It was a pleasure dealing with Nu-Eco Windows from start to finish. I replaced all the windows and doors in my two storey home. I received helpful suggestions and a competitive quotation from the sales rep and no high pressure sales tactics. Covid caused disruption to the installation and the company was honest and up front about the delay. Andy and his installation team did a great job and are very professional and efficient. The company markets and installs an excellent product and I immediately noticed the product's insulation and sound qualities. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

We recently replaced all our windows with upvc double glazed windows from Nu Eco. The products are really great quality and end result is everything we could have hoped and more. The sound proofing and insulation benefits were instantly noticed. We put magnetic flyscreens which are streamlined and easy to use. We are currently in the process of getting retractable flyscreen doors fitted and blinds etc.
Andy and his crew were efficient and tidy and did a terrific job. Easy to communicate with. No problems at any point. Highly recommended.

From the non pressured sales pitch to the interim final measure and the installation day, dealing with Nu-Eco was a breeze. I am very happy with the product, so much so, I ordered more windows for the upper story.

We decided to replace all our windows and doors in our 1948 house a year ago, and sought out numerous “eco friendly” windows installers and decided on Nu-Eco Windows as their product was more superior, our experience with their sales process was excellent, they were better technically informed, and they valued their product & business because they did not try to put pressure on us to sign up etc. We ordered double glazed uPVC for all our windows and doors and magnetic fly screens for our windows from Nu-Eco Windows.
Leith the sales manager was very patient with us, answering all our questions over many emails and worked in his own time to look after us. Nu-Eco Windows are very busy with lots of jobs booked ahead, so we had to wait over 6 months and it was well worth the wait. Andy and his installation team did the whole house in 5 days instead of the anticipated 7 days, and they did not make us feel uncomfortable in our own house. We stayed at the house whilst they were working. They worked quickly and cleaning, and we had little cleaning to do at the end of the day when they left. There was hardly any dust and only some glass shards and fragments to vacuum up. We are very pleased with our new windows and doors.
The house is much quieter now and we can’t hear the garage trucks on Fridays and to hear the birds and rain, we have to open our windows. We now have no condensation on our windows. It is great to be able to open the windows for fresh air without letting in uninvited guests. We can’t wait for the summer time as the house will be a lot cooler.
Nu-Eco Windows were fantastic to deal with – from sales to installation to administration. Stephanie and Louise at administration were delightful and they kept us informed all the way. We can’t recommend them enough.

We were very happy with the whole process from first contact by us to the final installation. There was a delay due to covid, however we kept informed by the sales team. The final product is great cutting out so much street noise and saving on fuel bills.

Had some windows and a new balcony door installed a couple of months ago. Not only is build quality amazing, customer service is excellent, but we've seen noise reduced by about 70% and temptetures upstairs come down by 5 to 8 degrees during summer. Would definately reccomend.

By-Eco was great for us and our in-laws, products are excellent and going great after 8 years with no trouble. Trades people do careful work and look after your property. The results in aesthetics, heating/cooling and noise reduction were better than we hoped for.

If you're looking for double glazed windows, go with Nu-Eco, don't even bother with anyone else.

We used Nu Eco windows for our Victorian window replacement and our friends can tell the difference from the street, they open and close so much better than sach windows, they seal and there is no rattles during the windy times, the guys are second to none on the install as well, they even cleanup the mess.we have reduced the street noise up to about 80 or 90 percent.
We as so happy with them we are using them again on another job.they are truly five star full service people.
