I found the service to be very friendly, efficient and effective.
Staff were courteous and made me feel relaxed and reassured!

Temparature check on arrival and all patients had to social distance which was good to see. It made you feel comfortable while waiting to go in.
A short wait before going in for checkup and the nurse and Dr were very thorough and explained any questions I had. Overall it was a good experience

Madeline was very good as usual however both my wife and I felt that the reception staff were a little rude and non-caring. We felt that we were just a number and an inconvenience to them being there.

Very professional and punctual. It was my firsts time there and first at a dermatologist. Was a scared of an outcome but I was calmed and had everything explained to me. Maybe I should have listened and asked a few more questions about the cream I am to use but overall satisfying experience. The follow up call to ratify my usage of the cream was excellent and very reassuring. Overall experience is excellent with wonderful staff who are professional and informative. Thanks Northside.
