Dr Vivek is a true professional. Asks lots of questions, a great listener, and the most knowledgeable doctor I’ve seen!

The best clinic with the best doctors, particularly Dr Vivek. He genuinely cares for his patients a lot. Receptionist staff are always great as well.

Very frustrated, as booked 5 times over the covid period for a Tele appointment, never been a success…. Am a regular patient for 30 years. Will give one more try…. Only need a script

Very poor service. Lady at reception give no care either you coming or going.even If you standing right infront of them, they don't talk to you at all. No smile no thank you, no please. I don't understand why these people doing customer service job if they don't care about customer and don't enjoy their job.
First and last for me.

Dr Phillip is useless.
Had a telehealth appointment booked for my husband today and was told he would call after 2pm. 8pm came, still no call. Contacted the clinic to be told he would call before 9pm.
He called and hung up within 1 second, the phone was in my husband's hand and he didn't even have time to answer because it hung up so fast.
He now has no medication left that he needs to take DAILY, and needs a new script for them.

Worst doctors I've ever been to Dr fareed has been cutting my pain relief tablets for 9 months i was on endone and targin that whole time then declining my appointments with no explanation leaving me cold Turkey no pills for 2 weeks and at risk of seizures and suffering badly in agony then they admitted I shouldn't had gone without tablet's like that turns out my arm is still broken no thanks to them only reason we found out is threw my own percerverance in asking for something to be done about it and now I have to have another operation u think they would actually care about a patient after 28 yrs of being loyal to them nah they just keep treating me like an addict when I kept saying the whole time there is something wrong I'm in pain constantly

I had appointment and I come 15 minutes early then I waited 45 minutes the car for the doctor that's a bad service

Apparently I must have driven my DeLorean to this "clinic" because it appeared as they were living in a pre-pandemic world of 2019 or earlier. Zero of the receptionists wore masks, at least one of the doctors wasn't wearing a mask and at least a couple patients were maskless (Karens by the looks of their attire). This is more akin to the purgatory waiting room in Beetlejuice, than an actual clinic. Oh and it's right next to a covid testing centre.so.ummmm.nooooo

After sitting waiting for over an hour for our appointment. I asked the receptionist how much longer.she exclaimed my son was not on the system "somehow" we did not show in the list.despite having booked an appointment and had her update the records.we had amazingly disappeared out of the computer. After another 15 minutes we decided to leave.next time we need a weekend Dr.we will find another clinic.

Been coming here for years the receptionist staff, the nurses that's on, on that day, the doctors especially Dr Lim Dr Walia Dr Patel all of them they will do their best to see you, sometimes you do have to wait longer, but you do expect to wait when you go and a doctor. So I do recommend this Medical Centre to anyone that needs a family Doctor. And great job to the Reception Staff that makes this Northern Medical Centre running smoothly!

I've been going here for many years now and always get looked after like a family member good on you guy's keep up the great work.

Doctors are great. I would not recommend to make appointment via phone as it took forever to get through, at one point I felt like I was calling centrelink.

Saw one Dr Yacoub yesterday for a severe thrush infection after a rather heavy course of antibiotics. I told him my symptoms, and stressed that three fluconazole tablets had failed to improve the condition.
He wrote a prescription for "1% clotrimazole" which turned out to be over the counter thrush cream, so I drove back to the cliinc to explain that I could have bought this myself, and that the reason I came to see him was because I needed something stronger. He wrote a prescription for yet another, equally ineffecive over the counter treatment.

He didn't ask me any questions, barely spoke a word, couldn't even feign interest. Does he have contempt for people or was this a joke?
If you want help, see a serious doctor, not a clown.

Only had to deal with Dr Gya. If it wan't for him I would not have been to the centre. For Dr Gya however, I would recommend hm for the australian of the year

The staff and medical team at Northend Medical Centre are exceptional! In particular Dr Malak, he always goes above and beyond for his patients. He's always listened to my concerns and provided me with the utmost professionalism. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my health.
